The jewellery set is beautiful, but the two earrings initially looked like completely different versions due to a major difference in the abalone. Natural materials will always vary, but earrings sold as a pair should still be reasonably matched. It also took some effort to get a proper response. Once a staff member reviewed the issue, Holzkern handled it well and quickly sent a much better matching replacement pair free of charge.

I received a swift response to my email enquiry regarding a delivery date. I was very impressive with the solution provided.

My review specifically addresses customer service and adherence to their company promises, as their products speak for themselves.

In our world today it is so common that retailers promise the world and let us down. Not so with Holzkern. On their website they state that repairs that are unable to be carried out will be fully replaced with no cost to the consumer. In my case I sent a watch in for a repair on the glass face, which unfortunately went missing at a mail sorting facility. Holzkern sent a new watch without any discussion or argument, and communication was friendly throughout the process. A great experience in an internet universe of disappointing customer service.

I needed some more information on the acoustic bracelet & used both the AI bot & a person. They were both helpful, polite & responded in a timely manner.

My bracelet arrived in perfect condition & was exactly as specified online including all the items promised to make size adjustments. It was shipped efficiently taking only a few days to arrive.

The service is extremely professional and efficient.The presentation box is outstanding and compliments the gift perfectly.The bracelet looks superb but I have not had it out of the box yet as it is a birthday gift.I can certainly recommend this company and I will use them again.

Orderd a beautiful campania II ring but after a short while one part fell of and we where sent a new ring without fuss and free of charge.

I ordered a bracelet for my grandsons 21st birthday on the 18th June 2026. It has still not been delivered, my emails are unanswered and I’m am continuing to try and contact them.
I would not recommend buying from this company

My experience with Holzkern started off very frustrating. I ordered a watch worth €429,- and paid extra for priority shipping, expecting it to arrive on time.

Unfortunately, the parcel got stuck in the FedEx network for almost two weeks. The tracking became increasingly confusing, with the package moving between several locations in Belgium, France, and the Netherlands, repeatedly showing delivery estimates that were never met.

Although the shipping experience was extremely disappointing, I want to give credit where it’s due. Throughout the entire process, Fatima from Holzkern’s customer support was professional, understanding, and genuinely helpful. She kept responding to my emails, arranged an investigation with FedEx, and when it became clear that the original shipment was not going to arrive, she immediately organized an express replacement shipment.

The replacement arrived quickly, and the watch was delivered in perfect condition. It is exactly what I had hoped for, and I am very happy with the product itself.

While the delivery process with FedEx was by far the worst shipping experience I have ever had, Holzkern’s customer service made sure the situation was resolved properly. Thank you, Fatima, for your patience, professionalism, and for seeing the issue through until the end.

My partner bought me my dream watch that I had been looking at for ages. It arrived looked beautiful, but the first time i wore it the bezel or bit round the glass case fell off. Holzkern kindly sent me a replacement, but we then realised it’s not actually attached by anything. The new one just does the same. I’ve taken it to multiple watch specialists and they refuse to touch it. They also say the screws are so tight and chewed up. Its now been sat there for months - i’ve taken it to one more specialist and they’ve just slammed the build quality. Such a shame as the watch is beautiful!

My husband purchased a watch as a gift for my birthday 2 years 3 months ago. A week ago the numerals on the watch started falling off interfering with the watch mechanism. We hoped since it was only just out of warranty that Holzkern would repair or replace the watch as I had also recently renewed the leather strap purchasing one from them. But no we received an email saying sorry the watch has failed but we aren’t able to help you. Seems very poor customer service and a very poor watch given the website says watches are made with 10 years of craftsmanship

I appreciate the response by the company I guess I expected more than 2 years from the watch and enjoyed wearing it but seeing the Roman numerals literally fall out of where they had been attached to the watch such that the watch no longer functions was very disappointing

Great product and excellent customer service. Ordered a bandlet and received promptly. Love the product. Had misplaced the additional links that can be used for resizing. Contacted company and received immediate response that they would send links to me at no charge. Next day received email that parts have shipped. I will be looking to purchase more from this company as they stand behind their product and have fantastic customer service.

4 years ago bought earrings for my wife, 7 days ago bought a watch. Everything is beautiful, sustainable and looks amazing. 10/10 - shipped to Lithuania in 4 days, packaging already worth the money. Not a fake comment. Shit. Love this brand. Now I want to buy something for myself, but will try to influence my better half to do that:)

Just received my mens Lauri watch from Holzkern. came 1 day earlier than expected although they did inform me of the new delivery date. Delivered with no damage in a lovely wooden watch box and inside there is a watch link removal tool which luckily I didn't need to use as fits my wrist quite well with adding or taking a links out. I really like the look of this watch and didn't want an automatic winding watch. Overall Im impressed by the their customer service and their products designs.

Very good customer service, they fixed my problem super quick and were very understanding.

Update 2: well spoke to soon 2 days later one of them the pin came out. I'm done with them!
Update: company has responded after seeing my post with further explanation so I increased the score. Holzkern website for returns say "The item is unworn" So you can't even try it on. Basically there are no returns. unless you can "unworn" it, lol. So I love the bracelets and decided to purchase 2 before buying one of the watches. I am so very disappointed and disheartened. The size is not accurate at all. It won't fit around my wrist. I don't have a large wrist. Holzkern sends you additional links but if you add them and they still don't fit you can't return them. There return policy says only if NEVER WORN! So if you try them on you can't return them? „Was ist das für ein verrückter Scheiß? So, just tried to add links and now discovered they have the wrong pins in there.

Had an issue with my watch. Response and service was quick and very good. Even though I live in Canada and Holzkern is in Austria that was not a problem. Holzkern backed up their guarantee and resolved the issue in a very impressive manner. Would recommend them to anyone.

Had trouble with watch fastening, emailed Holzkern reply within 24hrs.
Explained fault may have been my doing but despite this was immediately sent a replacement bracelet at no charge and delivered within 5days.
Excellent service and company to deal with. Thoroughly recommended.

I have two pieces from Holzkern, a watch and a necklace, and I adore them both. In addition, when I experienced a problem, their customer service resolved the issue fully and with great consideration. I am very glad I discovered Holzkern (through one of my favorite YouTubers!), and I look forward to buying from them again in the future.
