I ordered a beautiful bracelet for my boyfriend at Christmas. I left it late but it arrived in time and tracking was easy to follow. My boyfriend has big wrists so I do need to order extra links. This was easy to do and he has a bracelet that fits and looks really good. It came in a nice box so he can keep it safe. Would buy from again

First I needed a screwdriver to even…
First I needed a screwdriver to even open the box it came in. The bracelet was too small but I managed to get it on but clasp was also difficult to open. Had to use the micro screwdriver they supplied to open it. I tried to expand it using the material supplied, but are they kidding me. You need to hold one side of a micro screw while unscrewing the other side just to remove a link. Impossible to do. Bracelet looks nice but useless to me.

When the mechanism of the wooden box is difficult to open, it can help using tongs to push the small knob together.

I have bought the planetary neclace lapiz lazul 2 times now. And 2 TIMES the chain has broken. First time they sent me a new 1 second time i havent even wrote back to them yet. I am so extremely dissapointed that a 160EURO!!!!!!!!! NECLACE can break this easyly???? how???
Extremely bad quality, now i dont even got a photo or anything because the thing broke and just fell of without me noticeing. So bad, i will never reccomend this place to anyone.

Holzkern is good to their word…
Holzkern is good to their word honouring the quality of their products and their service. One of the products I have worn for nearly a year proved to have a defect. When I informed Holzkern of the problem they acknowledged that a defect such as the one I described should not have happened. They requested photos and upon receiving them they immediately sent a replacement. I could not have asked for more. Service was courteous, kind an prompt.
