Great reliable policies regardless of age or medical details
Have taken out annual policies in the past but now because of age and medical details haveto do indidual policies no matter how many trips in a year. Having said that the company have given us cover many times and we have only had one recent claim when our cruise ship could no dock in port and was surprised that each member 4 of our family had as £200 payment which was a pleasant surprise

Purchased a single travel policy with…
Purchased a single travel policy with Holiday Safe on the 1/3/26. Thus is the only company that I was unable to access my account, obtain my policy number and got repeated error messages. I sent complaints to this company and the larger umbrella company yesterday.
Last night was the final straw so rang this morning and asked for a full refund as today is the 13th working days. I spoke for over 20 minutes to Alison and she was misinformed about the 14 day rights and tried to put me off as today is the 18th day. I paid a business and it is working days.
I raised a complaint and Jane contacted my credit card company due to the poor service and accessing the account I paid so if any problems it doesn’t bode well if there are any problems when transitioning UAE.

After booking Travel Insurance for…overseas wedding
After booking Travel Insurance for myself and my wife with Holidaysafe there was an error in that the money due to be paid for coverage would not go through, after calls to my Bank and calls back to the company we were still no further forward. That was until the wonderful Debs came to our rescue she took all the details and said I will call you back, which she did in 10 minutes she was able to sort out the glitch and payment was completed in seconds without her we would not have been able to get our insurance cover to attend our nieces wedding overseas, thank you debs you were fantastic and we will be using you again.

Pricing Sometimes Confusing
Have used Holidaysafe for several of our holidays now and always found them the cheapest that covers both my husband and my conditions. Went to Eygpt in January for 3 weeks and the price was reasonable, off to Tunisia at Easter for a two week break and the price was only £219.50, however was looking at a break to Cyprus in June with friends For 10 days and the quote was £769.38 (even though nothing has changed with our medical) which i found ridiculous didn’t pay that much for Jamaica last August (the quote was prior to the conflict). We decided not to go away which was disappointing. We will have to see what the prices are like for our next holiday but if they keep going up will have to consider looking at other options.
