I can retire with confidence because Amanda Steyn is managing your portfolio. Amanda took over my portfolio only a few years ago, but I wish it were a decade or so earlier. Amanda makes sure your money grows. She does not fill her pocket and then tell you when your portfolio has negative growth, that that is just how the market is, like the previous portfolio managers I had. Amanda knows her products and will ensure that your portfolio benefits you first. Amanda gives good and solid advice and although I often ask if I can retire at 60, but Amanda not only knows when I can retire but also explains why, providing clear reasons for her recommendations.

Avoid Holborn Assets!

After many convincing sales pitches, I invested in property with Holborns. The developer went into Administration. At the same time I invested the balance (to be paid on completion) into a fund, recommended by Holborns and that also went into Administration. This investment was to be my retirement plan. Upon going through the complaints procedure, recommended by Holborns, I have received no reponse. It is apparent that they did not do their due diligence and are not prepared in any way to compensate me.

PLOT 59 – THE GASWORKS – HEWORTH GREEN (GPB 40,190.00) & LOAN NOTE 8 GODWIN CAPITAL (GBP 30,000.00) – TOTAL GBP 70,190.00.
A deposit of GPB 40,190.00 (Reservation Fee) - Final Agreement of Sale was completed 10th September 2023. Transfer happened some months after that.
Payment of GBP 39,512.00 (Upon completion which was expected to take 2 years. This included a full furniture pack. I set aside this amount however, felt since it could take 2 years I should earn interest on this amount. Upon the advice of Holborn Assets, on 13 October 2022, I invested GBP 30,000.00 in Loan Note No 8 with Godwin Capital. This would earn me 10% per annum over 2 years – ie GBP 6000.00. 6 months prior to maturity, this company also went into liquidation
