Thank you Bobby for excellent service in resolving my query and canceling my mistaken subscription. I was truly grateful to Bobby who assisted my complaint and query was sorted out.

I was satisfied with the service. Whenever I couldn't figure something out, they helped me right away and were very nice.

SCAMMERS - Went to pay for parking, somehow redirected to these people and a subscription was set up taking a payment €45 every 2 weeks.

Then charge you a €6.95 cancellation fee.

No idea what the site actually does. Looks like a fake overpriced aliexpress.

This is a scam site. They took my money, I am glad it was not a lot, but they scam people with false offers and promotions on Facebook, be careful!

Refund before begging for a review.
Give me back the money you stole and then maybe I would be happy to leave a review.

The chat board responded very quickly and the agent was quick to respond and Spot on.

I noticed money was being taking from my account from this website from February and spoke to my bank about it and they said that sometimes when you try and pay for parking online sometimes it redirects you to authorise £1 or £2 from your bank to download the app to pay for the parking but in actual fact you're unknowingly signing up for a subscription which is what happened to me. I spoke to my bank and apparently they are unable to get the money back as it was a subscription that was signed up to and nothing fraudulent. I was informed to contact them and cancel the subscription and ask for a refund but have heard nothing from them after sending emails asking to cancel the subscription and for a full refund. No one has gotten back to me so now I'll have to open up a dispute with the bank about these guys to try and get a full refund back. Definitely a scam to get you to sign up for a subscription! DON'T TRUST THEM!

I don’t like the insistence of requesting comments on my experience and continuously sending emails on the matter, before the problem is resolved!! I find it very unethical! As if the matter will be solved according to my positive or negative evaluation in advance!! I expect your firm to make my refund first as promised and then maybe have the right to ask me my assessment on the process. I am standing by. Thank you.
