The problem of recovering money withdrawn without authorization from Visa has been resolved.

No idea what this website is and they just take money from your account for no reason

Though I really liked the jewellery, I didn't find the time to order anything and decided to close the account. Therefore I decided to end my subscription (which doesn't mean I won't be back!). I got in touch with the Escalation Team and was pleasantly surprised by their response and swift action. Zoe from the Team responded immediately offering a great solution, even a refund, which was totally unexpected and so kind! I cannot find the words to express my gratitude! "Resolution with attention" is definitely their guiding principle and they stand by it 100%!

This lack of transparency is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about deceptive and potentially fraudulent business practices. A customer should never place an order with one website only to discover that the payment has been processed by an entirely different entity without clear and explicit consent.

Furthermore, I want to make it absolutely clear that I did NOT sign up for any VIP membership, subscription, or recurring payment of any kind. I only made a single small purchase, and I did not authorize any additional services or memberships.

Charging my card under a different company name and potentially linking it to services I never agreed to is completely unethical and misleading. Such practices seriously damage consumer trust and may constitute fraudulent activity.

The explanation of things on your site .
There was no mention of the purchase of a gift card .
I would of personally of liked a refund to have gone back into my bank account.
