A real scammer

A real scammer, I did not allow 10 € to be debited from my account every month. They are real scammers, don't trust them, they don't return the money they debited, they force you to buy their low-quality, poorly made product.ugly company !!!!

This company said I had signed up to a subscription which I did not I have cancelled my account but company will not give me all my money back as they say it is non refundable as I did not sign up to this how was I to know it was non refundable

Scam and fraud, give me my money back

Your company's entire service is basically a scam. You charged me for a subscription I never authorized without my consent, which was then charged to my bank account without any explanation. I find your service simply disgusting; you only survive through scams with monthly subscriptions created without people's consent. I will personally alert everyone I know about your deceptive and fraudulent practices.

I want my money back, and I want you to cancel my subscription now.
