Poor Quality!!! Sponges soft as bath sponge
Veeery poor quality of sponges... After 3-4 months they became so soft that you can feel every wood underneath. I made a short movie to show them the problem that i can easily push the sponge with my arm without using much force and squeez it to the wood. You can imagine how comfy it is when you sit on it. There are refulated headrests and they are working good but same story... under sponges you can fell hinges and they are not very deep. Even child can fell them using finger. There is no comfort. They are using very cheap sponges for sleeping extension aswell. Of you need proof just email me will send you phots and video. HmSofas reploed me after i described problem that that cannot see the problem because thats normal. Normal that you fell every invisible frame piece.Not Recomended. Day 3 of having new sofa and still waiting for an amicable response from this places customer service team .Dont buy from this place they just take your money then ignore you. Very disappointed and disgusted at how company's like this can try that you bad and try and get away with it .I highly do not recommend you looking at there products
