After ordering our collection,

Seamless service
After discovering our driveway was too borrow for a skip lorry, we opted for a Hippobag. Booking was simple and delivery was within 24 hours, as was collection after asking for it to be removed.
We opted for the largest bag available, which wasn’t quite large enough for a house clearance, but we will now get the smallest to finish the job.

Process all worked very smoothly. Bag came quickly, easy to book collection and full bag picked up within 48hrs and had gone when I got home from work.

First time ordering a Hippo bag and…
First time ordering a Hippo bag and will definitely use again as well as recommending to friends and family. Bag delivered by courier, filled and we arranged collection a couple of months later. They’ve just been - within 5 days of booking collection - and it was done in minutes. We live in a small village so I was a bit nervous about access but the driver was excellent and everything went smoothly. Great service!
