Amateurish
I don't understand the positive reviews, my experience is that this is an extremely amateurish outfit. I paid for "X Large Plus" which is supposed to be 12 cubic yards - the equivalent of 2 builders skips according to their own description.
When the van showed up, I was told that the van was too full to take the load, and that there was a bag that was too heavy to lift.
I had provided photos to the web chat, as well as when booking the job, so nothing should have been a surprise. But to send a van that was too full to begin with was just a very poor show.
I won't be using this company again.
