Simple and quick.
Simple to order a package, Quick bag delivery, Easy to book a collection. As with all rubbish disposal, sadly it's expensive. Booked a collection which happened within three day (an email letting me know when the collection was happening would have been nice) Drivers were nice, friendly and helpful and within 15 minutes the bag of rubbish was on its way for recycling.

excellent service fast delivery of the hippobag when i ordered it and even faster collection when i booked. third time using Hippo and a 3 times i have had trouble free experience, even when i had to call customer services to clarify a query i had.

After ordering our collection,
we waited a week for our bag to be collected! With no updates or info as to when it was likely to be picked up.

Seamless service
After discovering our driveway was too borrow for a skip lorry, we opted for a Hippobag. Booking was simple and delivery was within 24 hours, as was collection after asking for it to be removed.
We opted for the largest bag available, which wasn’t quite large enough for a house clearance, but we will now get the smallest to finish the job.

First time ordering a Hippo bag and…
First time ordering a Hippo bag and will definitely use again as well as recommending to friends and family. Bag delivered by courier, filled and we arranged collection a couple of months later. They’ve just been - within 5 days of booking collection - and it was done in minutes. We live in a small village so I was a bit nervous about access but the driver was excellent and everything went smoothly. Great service!
