Mark did an excellent job: sorting my hot water from my solar panels, not getting so extremely hot. Very polite and knows what he is doing. If not sure in the beginning, works it out and checks after a few days to see if things ok

Excellent work from Mark! The oven in my static van kept blowing out. Between us we decided the burner needed replacing. Mark went home and found the part on line, ordered it for next day delivery and then came out onn a Saturday to replace the burner. He only charged me for 30 mins labour.

I live in Jersey and we have a Caravan at Bisley Camp in Surrey.Hilton Engineering installed a HIve unit to manage our gas heating over the winter when we are not on site.
Being able to monitor it over the internet enabled me to see that the heating had failed. I contacted Mark and he attended, found a leak and fixed it the same day and went back to double check too. First Class Service!

Called Mark in early January after our heating and hot water failed, anticipating a considerable wait. He attended within an hour and had resolved the problem within 30 minutes. Charged us a completely reasonable fee! Have used him before, and will certainly continue to do so! He's a decent guy, friendly and trustworthy. Highly recommended.

Mark has looked after my Baxi Duo Tec boiler since its installation in summer 2019. He is a registered Baxi engineer although he does service and install other makes. He has both domestic and commercial certificates including LPG which makes him probably one of the most well qualified engineers in the district and he has been in the industry a long time.

His servicing work is thorough and includes a heating system inhibitor check (which most others ignore or tell you is not a service item), magnetic filter cleaning, flue gas analysis, combustion chamber cleaning and flue integrity checks. Reasonably priced work, a pleasant and articulate individual makes for a Brucey bonus.

Mark will be back to us in August for our Baxi's 6th annual service.

Hilton Gas fitted a new boiler for us last month, all good so far. Have been using this company for the past 13/14 years for boiler servicing and repairs and will continue to do so. Always friendly and reliable.
