Ricky visited my property to fit a new radiator and fix a leaky heating pipe. He communicated clearly in advance of the job and was round within a few days. Kept me informed as the job was progessing and did a professional job, cleaning up after himself. Highly recommended.

We have had a New Boiler fitted in our Loft which was a Large Job for anyone to do as the old Boiler was in a cupboard. The Job was done in two days with them having to stay late on both days to complete it on time fully working. We are well pleased what work was carried out and finish. They cleaned up after themselfs ever where they went.

Called Gas Dr to carry out a service on our boiler and replace a radiator for a tall towel rail radiator. Ricky arrived on time, polite, clean and explained what he was doing throughout. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Our boiler packed up just after New Year and was declared unsafe. Got in touch with Ricky who sent us quotes within a day. Two days later he was here installing the boiler. The weather was very cold and we really appreciated the speed with which the whole process was carried out. Ricky and Lee carried out a fast efficient job. We were very pleased with the job

Great communication and done a fab job with getting our hot water sorted. Very knowledgeable and always kept me in the loop. Came out on short notice to check the issue and then sorted it as soon as he could. Only gave 4 stars as quite a mess was left after for us to clean up.

Rude, arrogant and wholly unprofessional approach to customers and property.
No shoe covers to protect carpet, so I have footprints on stairs carpet, spilled liquid on landing carpet, no floor coverings used during visit.
All in all a shabby outfit, with a bad attitude. Avoid at all costs.. Or you'll be sorry!

Ricky has done a great job, Power Flushing our Central Heating. He knows about the job and explained to us all the time what he was doing. Very friendly and polite. The reason why we gave him 4 starts is just because due to the current situation he should be wearing a mask rather than a bandana to protect himself and others. Overall I can highly recommend him.

Ricky was very professional and did a great job fitting an outside tap. He was on time and even tidied up. I would definitely recommend and will keep his number for future use. Its not that easy to find someone who takes pride in their work and is very reasonably priced.

Called Ricky from gasdr ltd on the Sunday after a few non comittal grunts from other plumbers. He not only showed a willingness to work( fitting an outside tap and regulating the temperature in the bathroom tap upstairs), he completed the job the next day at my request
I was provided with regular updates on his arrival time and the job was carried out to my specification and satisfaction
