For a small call-out fee, we'll repair or replace any faulty shutters or conservatory blinds completely free of charge.

However far to many follow up emails from the company… really annoying and too American!

I spoke with Jenny yesterday from County Meath and she was the most helpful customer services person I have ever spoken to, and at 61 that says a lot! She was so helpful and totally resolved my problem, she was a delight I wish there were more like her on the other of end of calls like this ! Thank you Céranne Litton

I have nothing but praise for the help…

I have nothing but praise for the help Moyà McKeon gave today - I have had nothing but problems over the last year with the Hillary’s in the uk - it has caused me and my health condition to flare up and I have suffered badly from the stress. Yet she took the call and took control where the uk team seem not interested passed from one pillar to the next. No one taking ownership for the poor service I have received etc etc constantly chasing and getting nowhere.
I am hoping that Moyà is my saviour and will get this sorted she seems like a lady that will.
The uk team can learn a lot from the lengths that Moyà went to in order to get some movement on this.
Thank you Moyà pure gem.
But I will be looking for compensation as I found I could have got what I got from Hillary’s provided cheaper and installed in better times.
I will not use Hillary’s again but will say the teams all need to be trained to be like Moyà

Would NOT recommend.

Filled out online form for appointment beginning of June. Received a call next day, nearest appointment for Dublin was 19th June. Fitter came on 19rh June, measured up, 5 windows in total standard size. However, every blind l picked l was told wasn't available in my measurements. I was picking plain cream or ivory roller blinds. The fitter then realised it could be the new app which was new on his tablet that could be causing the problem so he left and told me he'd get onto the office and I'd receive a call on Mon 22nd June. Long story short, its now 2nd July, I've sent 4 emails no reply. Phoned once told I'd receive a call back, nothing!! Called fitter, no return call. Text him twice, eventually replied with "he'd call the office, and someone would call me" again Nothing!!! Won't be going with them no matter what they come back with!!

From making our online appointment to meeting your agent Mark. He professional polite,manner made the process very easy and his reassurance gave us confidence .
We received instant emails with invoice, date of delivery. Mark communicated excellently answering any queries we had regarding our choice etc. We were quoted a very competitive price less than other local
suppliers. We can not recommend hillarys and Mark more. We are 100 % over the moon with our new timeless blinds .

The blind is too short on the width if…

The blind is too short on the width if the door . I can see daylight . Anyone would be able to look in .also the little pole on the bottom of the blind is a joke . No ending on each side. U could take ple out. Im so annoyed . I paid 200e which is a lit of money and I could have bought same in Harry corry for quarter of the price. I hope ye will make this right

Ordered for my entire house to be done…my bathroom was left our

Ordered for my entire house to be done and the same man who came in for measurements, came in , did other rooms and left my bathroom, he actually went as far as saying he wasn't the one who sold it when I'm not blind he came in to do measurements and gave me a date to fix for today, came in late and kept complaining about time like it's my fault he came in late, very bad way of responding, I'll ask tgat anyone who wants to use Hillary decor should check properly before any payment is done

Electric Blind Charging Issue

We were having trouble getting one of our electric blinds to charge, so we contacted the Hillarys support team. They arranged a video call with their engineer, John, who patiently guided me through the steps needed to resolve the issue. He couldn’t have been more helpful or professional. The service we received from the entire Hillarys team was excellent, and I would highly recommend them.

Horrible experience

We ordered custom curtains for our window and when they installed them after 6 weeks, the joins on the curtains were visible on the front waves on the curtains.
We called the customer support and explained them the issue - we were told they will replace the curtains and we should wait for a call back.
10 days after no call from them, I called them back and were told that they can’t control where the joins on the curtains will be.
We don’t know what they are charging for as we could have got much better quality, service and finishing if we had hired a handyman instead.
Total waste of time and money.
