Great shoes
I have had knee and leg pain for a few months and wearing these shoes really helps relieve the pain. I love them. I wish I would have got them in a size 9 instead of 8 1/2 but otherwise there are fine.

I was very hesitant to order
I was very hesitant to order, but it is the best thing I have done lately. I've worn my shoes 4 days in a row to do my morning walk. No pain in my feet, legs or back. I love the shoes. I ordered size 9 /9 1/2, they fit good but I have to wear thin socks. I would have ordered a 10 but I think the combined size would have been to big.

Shipping took weeks
Shipping took weeks. When I contacted the company for an update, they asked the order number, then did not respond for at least 2 weeks. By that time the shoes had arrived. I love barefoot shoes in general, but these are horrible. Absolutely the worst. They have not responded to my complaint. Between the poor quality of the shoes and unresponsive customer service, I do not recommend this product.

I would give no stars!!
I would give no stars!!! I ordered a pair at the end of June and they don't fit. I ordered the size of shoe I wear all the time with multiple retailers. I emailed the company for a return for the right size. The company refused the return but said they would give me a credit to purchase the correct size. I have been back and forth since and still don't have this resolved. They keep promising they will take care of it and never have. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

Hike is very unbusiness like. The shoes they sent were uncomfortable. I tried to get a refund without success. They are very difficult to deal with. I was unable to return the shoes. They would not give me authorization to do so or the address to send them to. I ended up getting a $23 refund and having to keep a pair of shoes that I didn't want. So I lost $40. They tried to sweet talk me with every message. Their response time was also horrible, taking weeks, instead of days responding.

Everything about my experiences with Hike Footwear has fine. The only problem is the shoes do not fit well. I have too much of the toe area of the shoe hanging off the front of both the right and left shoes. The extra fabric and sole catch and drag on the carpets and floor when I've tried them.
