This is my 4th post about our experience.
The shoes are poor quality, and the sizing is inaccurate.
We asked to return the shoes, and it took weeks before they agreed to a return. We sent the shoes and insoles back. We followed up in 7 days, and they wanted proof of the return, which we provided. Then they refunded part of the amount due. We email again ,and they sent the balance of the credit to our credit card. Before the original credit posted to our account they withdrew it.
These people are impossible to do business with.
This merchandise and company are from China. They operate like a scam. If you are smart, you will get shoes from another company that offers free returns!!

The return policy is terrible. Customer service - might as well not have one. Shoes are one size too small and wanted me to enroll (and pay) in some kind of a group to get my exchange.

These shoes were horrible! Absolutely no support of any kind. Not worth the money. Very uncomfortable!

I wear a 10 1/2 E. These do not fit me like a 10 1/2 E. My toes are cramped in the front of the shoes. This problem is making my feet hurt. Because of my cramped and blistered toes, I cannot wear them though I tried wearing them every day for 8 days. I know they would be great if I
had the right size.

I wear my bike footwear everyday, everywhere and they feel great! I have ordered 2 more pair. They are different colors.

I was shocked at how comfortable these shoes are. I’m 77 and have a difficult time finding shoes that are comfortable. These do the trick. I’m very pleased with my purchase.

I have fallen in love with HIKE shoes, so much so that I gave away all my other shoes and only wear HIKE. I now have 12 pairs in every color and style needed for my life style. I no longer have aching pain in my toes (I have neuropathy) 5 minutes after I put on my shoes. I can walk all day (6 miles at Disney 12 days hiking around Scandinavia) without a single minute of discomfort. And, I feel that my balance and gait are highly improved. I am a true believer in these shoes! Another new pair of green no touch slip ons will arrive today! I can't wait!

These Hike shoes are the BEST shoes I've ever worn. I had to use orthotics due to multiple surgeries on my left foot and a broken bone on my right. Now no more orthotics. My feet feel so good!! I highly recommend these shoes!

I tried to make a return and instead I got over 6 (and counting) back-and-forth emails where the agent ignored my direct request and aggressively kept trying to offer "replacements" and "partial refunds". Never in my life in hundreds of consumer experiences have I experienced such obtuseness and aggravation.

They were of no help with getting the shoes returned for a smaller size. I had to go through PayaPal to get a refund & then had to pay $19.99 to return the shoes that didn’t fit. So, I essentially got a partial refund through PaPal after having to eat the return shipping costs.

I would give zero stars if it was an option.

My Mother-In-Law purchased these shoes from an add on social media. They did not fit, I emailed for return instructions and they offered to give her two free pair and she could keep the old ones. We said no thank you and they quit responding. There is no way to contact them via phone.

This is a complete scam and it is targeted to the elderly, this is not only sad and horrible it is elder abuse.

Do NOT purchase these it is a complete scam.

Hike please respond to my email. Still waiting for a refund 5 months later and need a QR code to return as I don't have a printer and im not getting a email back about this. I'm so disappointed as I thought this was finally getting sorted!

I was kept informed about the arrival of my shoes. The shoes are fantastic.

The shoes were too small. I notified you immediately and was told to keep the shoes and pay 9.99 for the shipping and you would send the next larger size. I tried to find where to pay on your sight and could not find how to pay. Was told you would get back to me. Never happened, in fact you have taken down my email account. I have top believe you are a scam,
