Overall, the platform is good and works well. However, I experienced a UX issue during checkout where the site didn't show a loading or confirmation screen, which led to an accidental double charge.... See more

They have a great marketing budget to give to influencers and advertise that its easy to use and gives great outpuut. the UGC output is aiish and the model wastes so much of your credits over and over again. its definitely NOT good for UGC

There is a lot of good stuff, but I have been waiting for a response from support for several days now and have not received anything.

Hi, I subscribed to the Starter plan, which was advertised at $19/month. The checkout page also said I would receive a $5 discount if I paid through my bank account. I selected the bank payment option, connected my Bank of America account, and completed the payment. However, I was charged the full $19 and didn't receive the $5 discount. Could you please check why the discount wasn't applied? Thank you.

They steal your data! Look up all of the recent feedback on their terms of service!

Emailing to get customer service. Same answers on email because people not really reading or AI not understanding. Disenchanted. Canceled and am going to a different service. It's a hub, and I only needed a few tools so not really worth it for the frustration. Changing a password was a nightmare and time consuming.

Lost 900 credits with zero warning
I subscribed on the 27th of June at 1:12pm. Logged in on the 27th of July and my 900 unused credits had already been wiped. At 1:12pm. Because apparently the cycle ends at the exact minute you first paid a month ago, which I had no way of knowing because it says that absolutely nowhere in the app.
No email. No countdown. No expiry date anywhere in the dashboard. I still had the whole day left as far as I knew and then they were just gone.
And I get popups from this app constantly. Upgrade offers, limited time discounts, new model announcements, every time I open it. So the notifications clearly work fine. They just don't seem to work for telling me the credits I actually paid for are about to be deleted.
Then you look at the rest of it. Credits don't roll over. Top ups you paid extra for die in 90 days anyway. You use one single credit and your refund window is gone. The prices change constantly so you never really know what you're paying for. It all leans the same direction and it's never in your favour.
Two stars because the models good, but if you sign up, spend everything before your renewal date, because nobody is going to remind you.

I think the dashboard has to be re-thought, cause it's all a bt confusing for the average joe who's starting out. I personally don't have those issues cause I'm experienced. But I think with all that's going on on the page. People will become easily overwelmed and give up

I wanted to sign up to see what was available to me, after purchasing the subscription I realised the tool could not do the job I needed. The team refused a refund as they said i had used 1 out of 600 credits (no idea how). Despite being a previous customer and sharing this tool with many they did not want to help me out here with my refund. Very quick to take your money but wont give it back, there are many other wrapper tools like this you can use that may be more trustworthy.

The confirming before generating is an inconvenience. I wish you could lip sync at the same time as generating
