O very efficient on time great service. Cannot complain about anything.

I’ve been using mistr for years. They’ve been great, so easy to just do everything over the mail, phone and text.

Not sure what the lower than 5 stars want. I think they are super easy and accommodating to use. Follow the instructions!!!! They also respond to questions quick and efficiently

I started with Mr. back in December 2024. I only did six months of medication. I was getting a generic Truvada. I did my last test and my creatinine was elevated and a doctor told me that he was switching me over to Descovy. it said that the prescription was sent to the pharmacy. I’ve been trying to contact the pharmacy and the doctor because I have not received my medication. They told me to sign the forms and I did what they asked to do and nobody responds. I reached out to customer service twice, and they said the pharmacy would contact me and I have heard nothing so now I’m waiting to hear back from Freddie. which is another online prep service that’s available. I’m hoping the customer service is much better with this company. I just use my kit and sent it back, but I would not recommend you to go with this company. I don’t know what’s going on but they need to get it together. We need to talk to somebody you have nobody to go to. I’m hoping Freddie more responsive they say they are. But we will see, but don’t waste your time with this company.

I've been a member with Mistr for over 4 years now. Things started out great. Now, they are a joke. Met with the doctor he sent my prescription in. Over a week later no prescription has been received by anyone! I called my pharmacy to see if they could request it and they said sure. After a few days they came back and said mistr hasn't replied. So here I am waiting for "customer service" to "investigate" what happened. (Also my insurance doesn't pay for the ship to my door process so I have to have it sent to my pharmacy). But this company is a joke and does NOT put us patients first!

Go through a lengthy testing process and then the prescription doesn't materialize. The 'pharmacy' doesn't seem to really exist. They've wasted a month of my time. Whatever they used to be in order to have 4 stars, they no longer are. Find an alternative. I'm having to a month after starting with them. Super frustrating obviously, so I'd like to save others the same hassle and wasted time.

Overall, Mistr has been good! It’s easy and convenient, which is what you want for something like this. Really my only negative is that they ship every 3 weeks (and even less time if you recently did testing), so it’s very easy to overstock the pills. But I get why they do it that way (to make sure you don’t run out)

Super convenient to have PREP delivered to my doorstep. Test at home process is a little bit of a hassle, but ok.

Run! There are alternatives to this company that poses itself as an advocate for the Gay community, but in fact, they are just another greedy and unavailable and detached corporate company. I tried several times to simply ask questions so I could be better informed to make decisions about which approach I should take as a newly gay man to protect myself. After several attempts, the AI bot just continue to say, please write your questions and someone will get back to you. It’s been over a week and I simply wanted to speak to a live person and they are unable to do that. This is not something that you want to make important decisions with when they are that unavailable. If you give them money which ironically I was willing to do if I could just get questions answered, Then apparently they have Support, but not until you give them your information and credit card. This is not a Caring approach.

It’s a great combo service that takes care of everything in a fast paced world where no many people cares of you

I have been using them for about 5 years now. They are very helpful and when there is a problem they get back with me right away. I'm very happy with them, and will continue using them.

I sent in my screening test 2 months ago. I had to redo one test, which is ok. However I have not heard from them since.

As an Alien living in a very expensive country. Mistr helped a lot. From tests to proscriptions…everything was free. Mistr made living abroad much easier and stress less.

Great professional experience. New to the program and have high hopes for the future.

I was hesitant to reach out to MISTR for help. I am happy I finally made the decision to do so. Medical, customer service and pharmaceutical staff are excellent. They answer all your questions and offer the best route to get my PreP and Doxy fast and free of charge. I am glad I found MISTR.

Can’t even sign up because I was forced to choose one of three pronoun options. I don’t want to choose pronouns and requiring it is BS. Also, if someone doesn’t want one of the three options offered, they can’t sign up either.

Mistr is great to us. They respond quickly to messages. They do all the heavy lifting with the insurance company’s and federal programs. They ship quickly and the follow up is always perfect.

I've had nothing but an excellent experience with Mistr across the boards. All departments are quick to respond and could not have been more helpful. If I had to highlight a needed improvement, I'd love to see the UX cleaned up. Aside from that, I'm a grateful client who applauds their offering of medications to my queer community.

They offer free Prep and Doxy Pep to their clients. All the lab work, doctors appointments, medications, and shipping are free. The lab test comes to my door in a unmarked discreet little brown box with an unmarked envelope and label to ship my test specimens back to the lab. When it's time to get my Prep and Doxy Pep the pharmacy ships it to my door in an UPS Express box with free 2 day Air shipping speed. I really don't believe that they were 100% free until I tried them out. I don't regret ever using Hey Mistr unlike himself who doesn't take my insurance Anthem Blue Cross.

Not only is this a much needed service, but Mistr makes it so easy! Every interaction has been completely professional and pleasant! Customer service is top notch and they practically do all the work for you! Can’t say enough good things about Mistr!
