I was unable to locate the numbers on the pots and pans, and the service dept was quick to respond and mitigate my problem so I could activate my warranty.

Initially had a very poor experience…
Initially had a very poor experience with Hexclad, despite following all the various rules required to pre-heat, season, use, wash and store the pan, everything stuck to it! ... not impressed. Eventually i was able to speak to someone and they did replace the pan under their guarantee, so a positive ending.

Hexclad warranty process
I came to Luis with pans that had the non-stick surface worn off. I explained to him that the cleaning methods worked, but the stickiness still remained. He could see the non-stick had worn off, and replaced all three of my pans.
It was a painless process and restored my faith in the company after a lackluster initial experience.
