I have nothing but praise for this cookware. My Son turned me on to it. I started with a small frying pan and have grown to a much larger variety of pans. and my small frying pan still is just like new. I know it is expensive but you never have to replace it and saves you a lot of money.

I recently made my first warranty claim on a Hexclad product. The Hexclad support team made the process simple and addressed the claim quickly and professionally. I was very impressed with their team during this process. These days, it is very difficult to enclounter such well trained customer service representatives.

After noticing a few chips appearing in our knife set I reached out to HexClad. Even though they couldn’t confirm if it was a manufacturing defect they replaced the two knives at no cost to us! It was much appreciated! Thank you so much for your generous customer service!

When I contacted support, Hady M was very good about answering right away once I was able to send the picture in of my broken lid. So far I LOVE my HexClad pans. I have used so many of them and they cook evenly and at lower heat. Thanks again for your fast service.

My pan is the least non stick pan I’ve ever owned and can’t handle high heat. However the warranty has worked and is genuine- they’re sending a new one so hopefully this one is better.

Celia went above and beyond to help me and I greatly appreciate it!

The pans are not non-stick. The support team are unhelpful and simply say generic things like "your cooking on a temperature too high" which is not the case.
The pans come with an apparent lifetime warranty, however, they claim that the warranty does not cover it when the pans stick, even though that is what they are made for and what they are claimed to do..
These pans are not worth the money they cost. Apparently the CEO reads all these reviews, lets see if that is true.
Im left with a very expensive set of pans which stick like mad and will be replaced shortly. Not worth the money at all! Avoid avoid avoid.

Initially I was sceptical about Hexclad, I was bombarded by adverts and thought it was just another fad. But after a few month and a bit of research i finally took the plunk and decided to get some pans. I have to say they are as good as the hype!
I’m a keen cook and have fairly decent equipment but I was so impressed by these pans, they heat so quickly with excellent heat coverage and they really made my cooking better. I became a massive fan.
My wife will tell you I take more care of my pans than her or my kids and I do treasure them. Whilst loving the performance I did notice one of my three pans started to show some imperfection to the coating so I contacted hexclad under the warranty.
What followed was first class, hassle free service. A few quick emails and a new pan is on its way to me. No fuss, no drama, no trying to argue with me. Amazing- and just backs up that these pans are SO worth investing in.
I will be getting more very soon.

Hexclad Hybrid 8 Pan Warranty:
My commendations to Hexclad, and Edgar P., for a swift and speedy claims process. The process was straight forward, and I experienced absolutely NO hassle, AND an apology for my inconvenience. Thank you Hexclad. We have placed three orders with your company and there will be more! For those of you on the fence about this cookware, it's really one of the best and a great investment for long term performance.

Do Not Believe the Marketing
I bought HexClad pans expecting the "best of both worlds" nonstick performance they plaster all over their ads. What I got was a pan that failed at the one job nonstick cookware exists to do: not stick.
I followed their instructions to the letter — proper preheating, recommended oils, no metal utensils, hand washing, the works. Didn't matter. Food stuck anyway, on multiple pans, on multiple occasions, with multiple recipes. If a product fails when used exactly as instructed, that's not user error — that's false advertising.
And the sticking isn't even the worst part. Within a short time the pans started staining and discoloring, turning blotchy and uneven despite careful care. For a cookware line priced like a premium investment, this is embarrassing.
Speaking of price — this is where HexClad's whole pitch falls apart. You are paying a serious premium for "hybrid technology" that performs worse than nonstick pans a fraction of the cost. There is no version of price-to-performance math where this works out in HexClad's favor.
The final straw was customer service. When I reached out about the sticking, I was told that nonstick performance isn't covered under warranty. Think about that for a second: nonstick performance is the entire premise of the product, the exact feature splashed across every ad and product page, and it's the one thing they won't stand behind. That's not a warranty policy, that's a built-in excuse. They had a defective product, a customer who followed every instruction, and a clear pattern of failure — and instead of ownership, I got a technicality designed to avoid it.
Save your money. The marketing is polished. The product is not. Buy literally any mid-range nonstick pan and you will get better performance for less money and less heartbreak.

The customer service representative I had the pleasure of corresponding with was amazing. They were timely in their response, made sure I had everything I needed and I felt went back above and beyond. we were able to replace an item very quickly with the help of Mostafa M. Mostafa M was helpful, clear and understanding. I I took some time to reach out before I could thinking that the process was going to take weeks, but it was actually seamless and painless. Super thankful for the great help!

Terrible pan. I paid €180! Looks nice but that is it. Food sticks, even on medium heat, doesn’t mater what type of oil I use. Would not buy again. Bought a cheap pane for €25 much better. Do not buy.
My Update after Hexclad’s reply.
I have already tried reheating the pan, various amounts of oil & the food STILL stuck no matter what I cooked or how I cooked it. I wouldn’t buy again!

Was in need of a replacement part and Diana was quick to respond to my inquiry about what I was needing. She was extremely friendly and helpful with information on what I was in need of.
After a few questions and a few minutes, my issue was resolved. Happy with her customer service.
All together, Happy with all my HexClad products.
