Bought the Hexclad combo 12pc back a…
Bought the Hexclad combo 12pc back a year ago. I love these pans. The 3 qt pot had a section that the clad was coming off. I went online and contacted support. Gave them the info they requested, and I got a email back the next day saying they are replacing the pot. Excellent support customer service. I've never had support work so well on any item. This was amazing.

Fabulous cookware and customer service!
I absolutely love this cookware and have bought quite a few pieces. They are absolutely worth the price and have really changed my cooking game. However, I am even more a lifetime fan after contact customer service about a problem I was having with build up on one of my pans. Excellent warranty support with Hexclad
Hexclad might have the best customer service and warranty support I’ve ever experienced. Love their products and we have many of them. We had an issue with one of our pans where the cooking surface wound not come clean and we went to Hexclad’s website and submitted a warranty claim using video and pictures and within a couple hours I received notification that a new replacement pan was on its way. No further questions or difficulties whatsoever, just an immediate resolution. I can’t tell you how satisfying and simple it was to submit a claim with Hexclad warranty and get immediate satisfactory results!

A Worthy Investment
Everything is extremely well made and durable, you know from the moment you take it out of the box that it's quality. Prep to use is quick and easy. While they are at a higher price point for most, look at it as an investment in the tools that you use to feed your family. We've been through 3 sets of pots and pans in the last 10 years and probably spent the same between those three, so if this only gets me 10 years of service I'm ahead of the game already. Definitely feel like I got my money's worth so far.
