Heritage Parts has a policy of free shipping of the parts are over $500. This makes buying parts overseas viable.
I ordered the wrong parts for my Beetle and they were shipped to Australia at no charge.
When I discovered the parts were wrong, Heritage were more than happy to return them and give a full refund.

The Homepage said that the Product was available and ready to ship in 2 days. After waiting for 2 Weeks I emailed them why there is no shipping. They said the product is ready to ship in 1-2 weeks.
So I waited 4 weeks for the product.

When buying the part, only the expected delivery time was show (4-5) days. After that, I was told i should wait 3 weeks for it to be prepared. Which eventually was 1 month. After that month, the delivery took 2 weeks more.
Having to pay more than 20€ for a delivery that takes this long, is a theft
