Items defrosted
When I received my gozlemes they were completely defrosted this time. It’s been fine the last two times so nit sure what happened this time round. I then had to refreshed which is not ideal

Worst service and product ever
Worst service and product ever! Ordered a gift box for a staff gift - the (fragile) box was left on its side on my doorstep - by the time I got home and opened the box there wer ants all over the gift box. The macaroons were infested by ants as they were loose in a box. I had also bought the Chinese mug - had two chips - as the ants were everywhere I had to empty the whole box and throw away the gift wrapping and replace everything that was damaged! What a total waste of money. After sending two complaints over a week - I still haven’t heard from the company - do not waste your money on poor product and service!

The food was good however the delivery service is FAR below what should be - the delivery was left in the foyer of the building unsecured and open to the public, and delivery was not contacted.

Great product but I’ve given it a 4 star only as I bought a few bundles and was expecting them to come in seperate little packs to give out but they all came as individual items together in a big box - the details could have been more specific on this!
