Good price, quick delivery and quality parts

The parts were as expected but took a week and a half to get here! Only update that I was given was the tracking number which I could clearly see my part stuck for several days in Gatwick. I suspect the part was not in stock as indicated on the website and that Heritage are drop shipping. Not the customer experience I’m used too and will start to look at using other suppliers more often.

The headlights are of very good quality. They were easy to fit and look great.

Shipped very fast to the US, parts Quality is excellent. End of the bumpers were damaged and chrome was cracked but that is covered by the end caps, but thats to be expected when shipping to another country.

Parts were in stock, priced well, and were delivered on time. Great, will be back for more.

Parts are good quality and look great ( not yet fitted) however customer service contact is very difficult. We ordered over the German site ( Bremen) we did not receive anything about delivery, only thing received was the invoice. I tried to contact Heritage by phone to ask about our order only to hear that all questions had to be put over the contact form. This I did, I received no information that the contact form had been received.
I then wrote an email over the “ HELP” mail address .
Will answered my mail and after two other emails we finally received tracking details. The order to delivery took 5 weeks. Telephone contact would in my opinion been easier.

The landrover canvas hood and stick set is excellent quality and fits well, the web site was quick , easy to access and the delivery did not take too long.

Part was wrong but it wasn’t their fault. Just a number change mid production but they had it back and alls well. Top marks 👍

The hubs were delivered quickly, and packed very well in cardboard and paper. They were easy to fit and look great. Many people have commented on how good they look on my 1991 T25.

Ordered a body panel, delivered with minimum packaging (virtually none). Box was left by the courier with a large hole in, damage to the panel exactly where the hole is. Made Heritage Parts Centre aware and provided images as requested. No response, no apology.

Ordered late Friday of a long weekend and my order arrived Saturday morning. Amazing and fitted the fan and my car is back in business. Great service and product

The items were as described. The tracking service took a while to be available and to provide valuable information, however, that's not a detail to influence my review in a negative way.

Quick, efficient service.

Unfortunately, unlike previous experiences this was not without problems. Being a member of the Karmann Ghia Owners Club I have always qualified for a discount in the past through logging in to my account. This time no matter what I did I was unable to access a discount. There is no shop helpline any longer and previous experience has shown that the technical helpline referees you to an email address which was no good to me as I needed to make the purchase that day due to travel arrangements. Conversations on the club Facebook page would show that I am not alone in obtaining a discount although it still seems to work for some. Something that needs addressing I think.

Slow to respond to my order. No phone number to call to make an enquiry about my order only email.

Parts ordered were good quality. Fast service.

I needet this parts very well and you were able to deliver! Very good! Maybe you should try, to be a little quicker.
