Absolute rubbish delivery!
Its hard when supplier do not care about its clients experience and this is the company. They state the dates when the last orders need to be made for holiday season yet delivery seems doesn't bother them and the fact that clients will have problems with the delivery to clients who actually need help with their health conditions is just beyond indifferent. Not even mentioning hearing from colleagues that the quality of herbs is going down and they got delivered moulded herbs. I'm just furious! Thanks God we have other suppliers!

Poor Shipping Experience: Slow to dispatch and missing tracking info
The dispatch time was disappointing — despite placing the order on Thursday, it wasn't shipped until the following Monday. I didn’t receive any dispatch email with tracking information, as promised, and had to call to obtain it. It’s clear that their shipping systems need a current review, as there’s a noticeable gap between customer service expectations and the actual shipping service that Herbal Apothecary provides.

Long wait time for delivery
