Rubbish delivery service

I’m only giving 2 stars due to your Choice of courier. I ordered this item 6 days ago and I’ve yet to receive it. I keep getting tracking updates saying they couldn’t find my house but they are trying to deliver 15 miles from where I live. I know your company has my correct address. I have tried to contact DHL but there is just automated recordings telling me to go online which is where I found their number in the first place- gah! There is an online form to fill in but it doesn’t work.
Other couriers like DPD are extremely reliable and always get items here when they say they will. This is just so frustrating. I have not had this problem ordering from herbal apothecary before, you anre usually really helpful with prompt delivery. I think DHL have really let you and me down.

Delighted and very grateful.

I have used this company for many years and have received via a colleague’s order for economy. However I needed the products quite urgently. I ordered on a Sunday and received within 2 working days. This was very efficient and straight forward. Thank you. I will be using you again.
