Product was old almost no taste and instead of 500g I get 272 so yeah...

As a company your service is ecxellent but the courier service is really bad since you started using ecommerce the parcels are left anyway in the building he has never delivered to number 32

My main go to herbal supplier with a fair price and really good quality products.
Had a hiccup with packaging of a dried herb recently where the bottom of the pack wasn't sealed so the whole content of the bag landed. So just a warning check the bags before you shake it, haha.

The Propolis spray I purchased is a great product and the cost is reasonable. It was delivered in a reasonable time but I did think the delivery price was excessive as was the packaging.

This used to be a good company but recently I have noticed a consistent rise in their prices. I bought liver blend from them for just £12 not too long ago but now the price is £36 on their website!!! Their prices are becoming higher and higher and it has become unaffordable to purchase their products. I have now started to look for alternatives and found much more competitive prices on other websites.

Absolute rubbish delivery!

Its hard when supplier do not care about its clients experience and this is the company. They state the dates when the last orders need to be made for holiday season yet delivery seems doesn't bother them and the fact that clients will have problems with the delivery to clients who actually need help with their health conditions is just beyond indifferent. Not even mentioning hearing from colleagues that the quality of herbs is going down and they got delivered moulded herbs. I'm just furious! Thanks God we have other suppliers!
