The item arrived on the date scheduled and was safely and securely packed to avoid damage. Item has now been fitted and seems to be performing as it should. Price was competitive within the expected limits.

Great service, very quick turnaround. Ordered Friday, arrived Saturday despite being 3-5 working day delivery (also thanks Royal Mail!). Boiler now fully functional again.

Shipping Description Farce
Won't be using again. Placed an order on evening of the 5th. Paid extra for parcel force 24hr assuming it would be despatched first thing morning of 6th. Didn't go out to evening of 6th. Getting parcel afternoon/evening of 7th! Self employed and have had to rework my day around this. Don't see the point of paying extra when service is not clearly described on website. Should've gone with amazon prime. Bitterly disappointed 😞

Regarding the damaged items during transit, our standard policy is to offer the option of returning the product. However, considering the proximity to Christmas and your urgent need for the items, we provided them to you at a special price after your confirmation that they were acceptable for use. When they had a branch at Pulborough West Sussex , has a trade customer l received 25% trade discount
When the Pulborough branch closed the company stopped giving a trade discount thus l was paying the same price has a person off the street
