Professional Clinical Service
Felt reassured by the professionalism and clinical expertise of Abby who gave my mum a very comprehensive hearing test. Abby also gave thorough and patient explanations to all my questions. There was no sales pressure but a genuine shared vision to give my mum the best hearing improvement possible and the best quality of life going forward.

The waiting area was very comfortable. The treatment began on time. The consulting room was well equipped and comfortable. The practitioner was thorough in explaining the treatment, implementing it and giving post-treatment advice in a professional manner.

A highly professional micro suction ear cleaning service, delivered by a very experienced audiologist.
Talked me through each step of the process and completed the procedure without any discomfort on my part. The result was an immediate return to full hearing...wonderful...

Good experience both times
I went to London Bridge Hearology earlier this year for ear wax removal which was done efficiently and painlessly and resolved the problem. I returned for a free hearing test today. It was carried out very professionally by a friendly audiologist. I would certainly recommend this clinic.

Staff very trustworthy
Except of the sofas in the waiting area which were really bad for your posture the staff was really trustworthy I would like to give 5 stars fr service
Perhaps you could remind visitors in the waiting area to not make too much noise
