I report this with regret
I report this with regret. For years I have ordered from your company. It has always given excellent service, however this last order was very disappointing. After parcel not arriving in 2 weeks, I connected Healthy planet and complained . They were very courteous and advised me I could have my money back or they would replace my Order. I chose replace. My package arrived in 3 days. I guess the good outweighs the bad.

I am honestly very sorry for the hassle you've had with this order.
Unfortunately, sometimes these courier/delivery companies make errors — or outright misplace/lose shipments — and we don't come to know until customers such as yourself reach out to us to report it. Only then can we try our best to resolve it from our end by dealing with them, or replacing the order, refunding, etc. And often, these courier companies aren't exactly the most helpful or urgent in assisting.
I do see that *eventually* the order was located with Landmark (and hence the replacement delivery ~3 days after that point), but again — I am really sorry it took that long to be sorted from when the order was placed. In general, these deliveries should only take ~2-3 days from when they're originally placed to be delivered.
Certainly, I can add some online store credit to your account that you can use off a future purchase with us — and I do hope you give us another chance, as we can avoid using this particular courier for your orders in the future.

When I checked with the Warehouse Operations, all our inventory and stock has the same LOT# and EXPIRATION dated as 08/2027. From checking the shipment, it reflects that this same LOT# should have been the one sent to you.
Absolutely, if a short-dated product was sent to you, we can fix this and make this right.

I liked everything except one product: styling cream
I liked everything except one product: Andalou styling cream: I can't stand the smell of it: I don't thing the ingredients in it are natural; It smells like those artificial perfums! I wish I could return it. I will contact the company to find out.
The delivry was fast. I enjoy the natural liquid soap and everything else.
I received an anwer from healthy Planet offering me a credit, which I appreciate very much, It's a great company!

Thank you for the feedback on these products, which is valuable to us! I do see that you ended up speaking with a member of our Customer Service team today and have arranged a return for the Andalou product -- certainly, if there are any issues or concerns with a product, it can be returned within 30 days from the date of receiving the order. The only thing to note is that generally it's an online store credit if the product is opened/used.
As for your concerns RE: the product in question, the ingredients are indeed all fully natural. No artificial fragrances at all. There's always the possibility that there's just *too* much natural essential oils in it that's throwing the scent off, or it could be an issue with that specific LOT#/Production Batch.
