I like the shopping experience

​I had an excellent shopping experience. The customer support team is exceptionally helpful across both in-store and online channels. Additionally, they offer an extensive product selection at highly competitive prices, and the online purchasing process is completely seamless.

The service i received from your Manager Suvi. My first order was delivered to wrong address by Canada post.. After speaking with the Manager Suvi, my confidence in your business was reassured. As I have been a long time customer of yours. However, my order was replaced immediately and received within a short period.

Your team is fully aware of poor…

Your team is fully aware of poor packing! My items are NOT packed accordingly with common sense.
Heavy in separate box within the parcel OR bubble wrap. NO TAPE on liquid lids either. Just bubble or paper wrap!

Certainly, this is unacceptable -- I am genuinely sorry for this happening with your recent order, and I do see that my colleague has processed the refund for you on those items as requested.

Now, moving forward, I have indeed spoken to the specific packer who packaged your order (since they were 'newer') and had a conversation with Warehouse Operations as well in regard to this to ensure it does not continue to happen.

Generally speaking, our more experienced packers don't have this issue (even with larger orders containing a wide range of different items) -- and as you said -- it is common sense not to pack heavy items atop cardboard, light boxes which are easily crushed.

Good company

I always get quick service and if there is a delay with one of the products I ordered, I always get an alert and they give me an option to cancel that portion of the order if I don’t want to wait.

I love all the bulk naked soap I ordered but in your email you said I could free shipping on orders over $59.99 but had difficulty getting no shipping and then was told Canada Post wouldn’t Honor that anymore because I live in a rural area I DON’T live in a rural area I live in residential area in Dartmouth, NS
