Customer service contact and…
Customer service contact and communication is very poor however I have had good luck with results I had my dog on cytopoint forever and couldn't find anything that helped and this helped my dog quite a bit
I ordered thinking I was doing the best…
I ordered thinking I was doing the best thing for my dog a better alterative for itching and licking paws...allergies...after reading reviews I’m afraid to give it to her...
Plus thankful to the person who mentioned the auto subscription...sure enough...I was able to cancel that.
Also had the same address that someone took a picture of from Kelly Chen...
Seems the add said don’t order from Amazon...but from us good quality ingredients...Confused...should have checked before ordering.
Product not as advertised
I ordered one bottle of liquid collagen to try based on claims that it would stop my dog's itching. The first thing i noticed was that I had a subscription that I didn't sign up for. I emailed immediately but got no reply. I managed to cancel the subscription myself on the site. The bottle i received wasn't as expected, I thought I was getting a product called Bloom but the bottle was very plain unlike the advert I contacted them twice for a refund which they advertise within 60 days with no questions asked if the product doesn't work. I have never received a reply.
Scammers alert
I ordered this stuff it came gave it to my dog for a couple of days but it made her sick with diarrhoea, stopped immediately and forgot about it. 3 weeks later they tried to take money for another bottle that I didn’t sign up for numerous emails to cancel the subscription that I didn’t sign up for I contacted my bank who cancelled the payment but they continue to to try every couple of days. The bank said it’s been cancelled but I’m worried they will still be able to access my account.
Be very careful don’t order from them.
HealthyPetz online fraudulent charges
We received a small bottle of liquid collagen from HealthyPetz. We never ordered it. Don't know how they got our card and information. Apparently they are somehow related to a "shopify" app., which may have been used to order a product without our knowledge. They also set up a subscription for every month. We threw out the bottle that we received, because we would not use something on our pets without carefully reviewing it first. We found a 2nd bill paid by our bank this month, on May 20th 2026. I was able to find the site and cancel the pending order, on May 19th. The healthypetz site indicates that the product has not shipped and it was cancelled, but they have not refunded our bank account in the last 10 days. Clearly a scam.
BUYER BEWARE!
BUYER BEWARE!
After purchasing this for one month and thinking this was good to give my pei, I found out that it could also harm my pei. I erred on the side of caution and dumped it in the garbage. I cancelled this subscription. Approximately, two weeks went buy and I started to receive emails that they were going to start processing the next shipment. I have repeatedly sent emails thru there support email stating that it was cancelled and to not process the order.
They went ahead and processed the transaction. There is no response from support, no phone number to call. I've contacted my bank and am now filing a dispute. When I receive the shipment, I am refusing it and returning it via USPS. I have all my documentation that I'm forwarding to my bank to file a dispute to get my money bank. This company's business practices are nefarious, BUYER BEWARE!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PROVIDER
I purchased the company's premium collagen product after seeing claims that it could help dogs suffering from itching and scratching. Unfortunately, after using the product with my dog Teddy, not only did I see no improvement, but his scratching appeared to worsen.
The company's advertising prominently promotes a 60-day money-back guarantee. Based on that guarantee, I contacted Healthy Petz on two separate occasions seeking assistance and a refund. To date, I have received no response.
After searching online, I discovered that many other consumers appear to be reporting very similar experiences. Public reviews on Trustpilot, ProductReview Australia and social media discussions contain repeated complaints alleging:
• No response from customer service after refund requests.
• Difficulty obtaining refunds despite the advertised guarantee.
• Concerns about recurring subscription charges.
• Products not delivering the advertised results.
• Concerns regarding product quality, packaging and labelling.
• Consumers feeling misled by marketing claims.
I appreciate that individual experiences can vary, and I am not making allegations beyond my own experience and the publicly available reviews. However, the volume and consistency of the complaints raises concerns that I believe deserve investigation by consumer affairs media and regulatory authorities.
I would give no stars if I could
I would give no stars if I could. I saw this on face book. My dog has suffered with her skin for years, on meds from vets , this looked like a miracle worker. I didn't order from FB, I went on to their website. Great reviews on both so ordered from the website being careful i wasn't setting up a subscription . Package took about a week. The smell of rubber was strong and even worse when I opened it. The liquid inside smelt so strong too, couldn't describe it . No instructions. Writing for dosage so tiny. 2ml for my dog so how many pipets is that so I e mailed querying plus showing concern of the smell. No reply. Tried again, no reply. I then went onto trust pilot and nearly died reading the reviews on here. There was no way I was going to give my dog this "stuff" as no idea what was in it, no ingredients either on the box. I threw the 3 bottles in the bin and forgot about it. A month later I received an e mail, another load was on the way! . Another £48.99, total waste. I contacted my bank , sent all the reviews explaining and they got my money refunded and subscriptions cancelled. Amazing work TSB! Please do not order from healthy petz I honestly am sure it's not legit.
Ordered a bottle of collagen on April…
Ordered a bottle of collagen on April 24, still today not received it (May 29). Just wrote them an email. Tracking my order shows that it is "still in transit" and also that it just has been ordered. So, I think I wasted 32 dollars. So much for those fake FB ads!
No response to emails and never…
No response to emails and never received the product. I disputed the charge on my credit card.
Absolutely disgusting company
Absolutely disgusting company. They have copied the bottle and packaging from another company called BLOOM. Not saying trust them either, but this shows how far they will go to steal money from us. So I have just reported this as fraud to my bank. They had set up a subscription using the details from my bank and showed up that they had saved my card details. The fraud department of Santander were amazing. I have an ID case number, and after it has gone through the channels of fraud they will refund the 3 amounts of money the scammers stole. For those still battling these morons please go straight to your banks fraud department.
Be careful
Sadly had to cancel my card after they automatically took money one month after original purchase which I definitely didn’t sign up for and the email address kept telling me invalid email when I tried to reach out I definitely do not recommend this site
Scam
Scam. Received a delivery I had ordered then I emailed several times with no response. Arrived via air, customs clearance and then Yodel. I asked seven times where it is produced but no response. Suddenly they took money from my bank then I received a second. Do not fall for it. Hopefully I have cancelled a subscription that I didn’t sign up for!
My dog has been on the Healthypetz…
My dog has been on the Healthypetz collagen for 6 weeks and there is absolutely no change in her itching, nipping and licking; I think it has actually worsened.
I have tried to contact this company, not surprisingly I have had no response. This appears to be another scam, preying on people’s emotions in regard to their beloved pets. I would give zero stars if I could. A complete waste of money. My review was of course not published on their website!
Can't put negative stars here
Can't put negative stars here - they are scammers - the product is not the one they are selling on the web page - have contacted them numerous times and no response. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT - IT'S FAKE AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK
Never received the first order
Never received the first order. And they have already charged me for a second order. Scam.
If I could leave a minus zero star i…
If I could leave a minus zero star i would, they have signed me up for a monthly subscription which I didn't sign up for and also have not returned contact from 5 emails sent, I have had to go to the extreme of putting a block on my credit card,do not use this company be warned.
SCAMMERS FRAUDSTERS
I made a purchase as a guest one off only to find the company has subscribed me without my knowledge and continued to send me products and taking funds from my account. I sent numerous emails without a response from them. I requested to stop sending items and remove me from their subscriptions without any response. I contacted my bank which was absolutely amazing they removed the product token so this people could not continue to debit my account. Surprise surprise they sent me an email asking why i opened a chargeback on them. I responded by saying the lack of customer service and care. The fact that they didn’t respond to any of my numerous emails asking them to stop sending more products and stop charging my account to which they never responded. I then said that if anymore products are send or if they take any further funds from my account I would report them for fraud. I then requested again to be removed from their subscriptions immediately.
Do not buy from Healthy Petz
I wish that I had checked this product on Trustpilot before I ordered.
I too, was tricked into a subscription.
I tried emailing them but didn't receive an answer.
The bottles I received do not list a country of origin or use by date.
It looks completely different and has a black label and not pink and blue.
They were not delivered by Australia Post as advertised but by a man in an ordinary car with no company details.
The product has a disgusting smell.
I won't be giving this to my dog. I would like to send it to a laboratory to test what is actually contains.
I will be stopping payment through my bank.
Handmade label
Took over a month to get, no communication whatsoever. Bottle arrived from a random guy in Philadelphia. Label on the bottle looks handmade and no information anywhere about where it was made. I am not trusting this for my dog and not even going to try to get a refund hearing all these horror stories.
