This is a total scam business
This is a total scam business. Tried several months to cancel, once they got a hold of my card they kept charging it every month. I finally contacted the bank and filed a compalint/dispute
Need to be extra with online orders, a lot of crooks outthere!
Not even one star
Not even one star. I had to go in a different direction to help my dog. I have been waiting since May 23rd when I ordered Healthy Petz Premium Dog Collagen Formula. They have not sent the product and have not responded to any text that I sent to the support email. Looking to see what I can do from here to get my money back.
Stay well clear of this scam
I ordered a bottle of collagen for my dog.I then received an email that they were sending another bottle which I did not request.i sent an email to cancel but did not receive any reply but they had taken the money from my account.i had to contact my bank to block any further payments this is obviously a scam so stay well clear. Also the liquid I received smells vile and my dog was sick after taking it.
Beware if this company do not reply to your enails when endeavouring to cancell orders.
Beware of this company. I cancelled my order but they still charged my card and then sent another order. I am in dispute with this company. Their website states they will reply in 12 hours. So far been waiting 5 days and no response I know they have received my email as i had a tracker on it. Do not buy from this company.

Poison manufactured/shipped from out of country
Steer clear of this fraudulent company being operated out of what is most likely China with conduits of foreign nationals in the USA- this "collagen" is NOT manufactured in the USA; tracked my order from start to finish, took almost 3 weeks, originated outside of the US-but didn't show WHERE it started just "export/import" no details UNTIL shipped within the US, when loaded/unloaded on plane, transferred to hub thru to delivery; delivery of bottles was in a white bubble envelope with return address as Kelly Chen, 1480 Howard St., Elk Grove, IL ( NOT a business obviously) I read the labels on each bottle- spelling and grammatical errors, NO mention of " WHERE" this is manufactured, expiration; a 5-year-old would have done a better job. Requested a refund three times, have not received ANY response much less a refund- No, I did not give this garbage poison to my dogs and any positive reviews you read are simply foreign nationals with pretend American names creating obviously fake reviews. If you pay close enough attention to the fact the reviews are so close to being identical in verbiage, generic names or just initials you'd have to be an idiot to miss the clues. I shouldn't have purchased this on the recommendation of someone who reads reviews but misses the small details that would have flagged me- he was just really trying so hard to find SOMETHING to help our pup. STAY AWAY from this, you're taking chances with your dog's health and life-
***SCAM ALERT***
***SCAM ALERT***
This company is a total scam. If you order a bottle of their 'collagen' you will be signed up to a monthly subscription (without them making it clear that you are doing so) that is impossible to cancel. I cancelled all future order month by month until May 2029 only to find today that they are still taking over £25 from my account this month. However, in May 2026 after receiving a bottle I did not order, and not realising I had signed up to a monthly subscription, I emailed their support@healthypetz email address cancelling my subscription and they STILL did not cancel it. I have now had to block the subscription with my bank. I have emailed the company again today telling them I will report them to trading standards but I am sure it will have no effect. Incidentally, I am also not sure what the actual product is, all I know is that it made my dogs itching considerably worse! Please beware this company!

This product was advertised on Facebook. It’s a collagen product for dogs. I ordered it with a subscription through SHOP (protects credit card information—but not name and mailing info) on May 8, 2026. The websites refund policy states that there is a 60 money back guarantee with no product return required.
I received the product on May 22 and became suspicious that the it was not from the company represented on the website. The original order indicated USPS shipping method, but the tracking link in the order confirmation was from China. Once it arrived in the U.S. it was mailed USPS from Kelly Chen 480 Howard St, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007. That address is associated with other scam reports. I am very concerned that our pet was given one dose of this product.
I was able to cancel the subscription and future charges, and received a confirmation email of the cancellation. However, I have had no response to 2 requests to refund the purchase.
I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.
I’m embarrassed that I have made three recent purchases where the products were misrepresented and from China. Of course interests were targeted through my FB feed.
This may prove to be the price I pay for new consumer awareness skills. And I pray I have done no harm to my dog in the process. Here’s are my new purchase rules.
Research companies fully before purchasing. You can search for reviews or complaints. Look beyond the website. For example, at Healthypetz try to find the vets they list that endorse the product. Look up the address of the company. The one that mine was shipped from looks like a private residence.
cannot cancel further orders
I ordered a bottle of their liquid collagen and waited longer than I expected to receive it. When I was notified that it had been shipped, I couldn't track it at first because I was not told the shipping company or number. Afterwards, I was notified I was on an automatic monthly order. Tried to contact them to cancel before shipping occurred but no acknowledgment so product came. Have sent numerous notifications to cancel future shipments but there is no reply or contact back from them. All documented, however. Even called credit card regarding refusing future payments.am waiting to see what happens later this month. Poor company to deal with.
Do not order from this company!
Made the mistake of ordering the liquid collagen before reading the reviews! When I placed my order I noticed they had pre-ticked the sign up for subscription which can catch you out if you are only looking to try it as a one off. This company is based in the US but ships from China but mentions UK postage on the site, so quite misleading. Emailed the support team asking to cancel my order the same day it was placed as something just seemed dodgy but received no reply. Emailed several times after - No response whatsoever!! My order was shipped and arrived damaged and it smelt terrible. I was worried I had been signed up for an unauthorised subscription even though I had unticked the box and paid more for the order but as I had no response from the support team to confirm or deny this ended up going through my bank and getting them blocked from taking any further subscription money just in case. Do not order from this company, no customer support, poor quality product and just plain dodgy!
They are not a genuine company
They are not a genuine company, they ignore all emails. I have had to get bank to stop payments
Bought one bottle hoping it would be…
Bought one bottle hoping it would be the answer for my dog. I received an email from "Evelyn" saying I hadn't completed my order and here is the link to complete. I clicked on the link and it simply took me back to the page trying to get me ro subscribe. The payment has gone from my bank account for the one bottle, yet I have received 0 confirmation of my order, tracking, nothing. Scam and I'll be pursuing through my bank.
I ordered a 3 bottle deal
I ordered a 3 bottle deal. It took 6 weeks, but I finally received the product. After investigating the product while waiting for delivery, I decided to not use it since it came from China ( I believe). They claim to have 60 day satisfaction guarantee, but trying to get them to stand behind it is a battle. I was able to reach them and the best they would offer is 60% refund. Considering all those who are still struggling to get a response or refund, I guess I should accept the offer and run. Let’s see if the refund ever comes. Lesson learned. ☹️
Be very careful
Be very careful as they hide subscriptions and so as soon as you sign up, you are then in a subscription without knowing about it. I’ve raised 5 complaints with no response!
Customer service contact and…
Customer service contact and communication is very poor however I have had good luck with results I had my dog on cytopoint forever and couldn't find anything that helped and this helped my dog quite a bit
I ordered thinking I was doing the best…
I ordered thinking I was doing the best thing for my dog a better alterative for itching and licking paws...allergies...after reading reviews I’m afraid to give it to her...
Plus thankful to the person who mentioned the auto subscription...sure enough...I was able to cancel that.
Also had the same address that someone took a picture of from Kelly Chen...
Seems the add said don’t order from Amazon...but from us good quality ingredients...Confused...should have checked before ordering.
Product not as advertised
I ordered one bottle of liquid collagen to try based on claims that it would stop my dog's itching. The first thing i noticed was that I had a subscription that I didn't sign up for. I emailed immediately but got no reply. I managed to cancel the subscription myself on the site. The bottle i received wasn't as expected, I thought I was getting a product called Bloom but the bottle was very plain unlike the advert I contacted them twice for a refund which they advertise within 60 days with no questions asked if the product doesn't work. I have never received a reply.
Scammers alert
I ordered this stuff it came gave it to my dog for a couple of days but it made her sick with diarrhoea, stopped immediately and forgot about it. 3 weeks later they tried to take money for another bottle that I didn’t sign up for numerous emails to cancel the subscription that I didn’t sign up for I contacted my bank who cancelled the payment but they continue to to try every couple of days. The bank said it’s been cancelled but I’m worried they will still be able to access my account.
Be very careful don’t order from them.
HealthyPetz online fraudulent charges
We received a small bottle of liquid collagen from HealthyPetz. We never ordered it. Don't know how they got our card and information. Apparently they are somehow related to a "shopify" app., which may have been used to order a product without our knowledge. They also set up a subscription for every month. We threw out the bottle that we received, because we would not use something on our pets without carefully reviewing it first. We found a 2nd bill paid by our bank this month, on May 20th 2026. I was able to find the site and cancel the pending order, on May 19th. The healthypetz site indicates that the product has not shipped and it was cancelled, but they have not refunded our bank account in the last 10 days. Clearly a scam.
BUYER BEWARE!
BUYER BEWARE!
After purchasing this for one month and thinking this was good to give my pei, I found out that it could also harm my pei. I erred on the side of caution and dumped it in the garbage. I cancelled this subscription. Approximately, two weeks went buy and I started to receive emails that they were going to start processing the next shipment. I have repeatedly sent emails thru there support email stating that it was cancelled and to not process the order.
They went ahead and processed the transaction. There is no response from support, no phone number to call. I've contacted my bank and am now filing a dispute. When I receive the shipment, I am refusing it and returning it via USPS. I have all my documentation that I'm forwarding to my bank to file a dispute to get my money bank. This company's business practices are nefarious, BUYER BEWARE!
