Did the full gut test with Healthpath and the results are so thorough, it’s not like other tests (hair sample for example) which give you vague and questionable results this is real science based on what was in your gut and gives real insight as to what your problems are caused by. Money well spent!

Healthpath enabled me to find out some root causes for my stomach problems, my doctor just told me I had IBS but the ultimate gut test helped me to understand what was causing my symptoms. I also had a session with a practitioner who broke down my symptoms and helped me to understand them properly. Although expensive, I’m glad I made the decision to use healthpath!

No way to get in touch but by email. If you need something on time or urgent - forget about it. Overpaid for service and quality, and got nothing but a new-looking website. Paid for the item on Friday, and still no updates (now's late night Tuesday). Asked for the tracking number - 2 days of silence.
As advertised. The test was very comprehensive and gave me the reassurance I needed. They even reviewed my medications and created a supplement plan to match my test results for free - which I thought was great considering how much it costs to see a private Dr these days.

Very disappointed. They were late sending anything. Said the results were attached but they weren’t. I have contacted them several times but to no avail. It’s a month later and I still don’t have my results. I have some sort of a plan which just tells me to eat the rainbow which I knew anyway! This has been no help whatsoever, and I will be contacting Watchdog on the BBC because they this company say the BBC have recommended them and I find that very hard to believe. I would like my money back please.

It was an expensive way to find out not a lot really. I bought the top test I could, and all the expensive supplements, followed the food plan, but there has been zero change to my stomach pains. They suggested a 1-2-1 appointment which again is not cheap, but I've spoken to NHS stomach specialists in the past so I didn't want to continue throwing good money after bad.

I started my health plan 2 and a half months ago and there have been no improvements with my digestive issues whatsoever in fact they are getting worse 😔 I’ve been avoiding trigger foods and following my plan everyday but nothing. I’m saddened by this as the test and supplements were an investment for me. My digestive issues are so bad that I’m unable to work so affording this has been very difficult. I was told by someone on the Healthpath community app that I should expect to feel a little bit better a month into my health plan. I was also told my calprotectin levels were high so my doctor tested my stool shortly after this but my doctor confirmed that my calprotectin levels were infact normal. Healthpath is a great guide and there’s lots of information online however I felt for me personally that my test results were unclear and there wasn’t an indication as to what my root cause for my dreadful acid reflux is. I was almost certain I had a yeast overgrowth as I have a yeast infection in my mouth that’s impossible to get rid of but my levels of yeast were normal. I feel like I’m at a dead end at this point 😔

I couldn’t be happier with my investment into a Healthpath tests. It’s such a minefield choosing a company but these people truly stand out from the crowd. I did SO much research before choosing who to go with and figured out that most other companies just sell tests that are much more basic and the results don’t actually give you an insights into how to improve your health - which is why I’m spending all of this money in the first place! Healthpath are the only company I’ve found who have actually designed a service to improve peoples symptoms.

Great and very helpful first person I spoke too. I bought 2 tests which were competitively priced although not cheap for a pensioner. I got the results through but my GP didn't seem to accept them as he didn't know anything about them. Healthpath have done great but think my local NHS needs to update a bit.

I tried placing an order and splitting it into monthly payments but the website is so confusing, the "pay monthly' option wouldn't recognise my card details saying "details incomplete"...So I typed my card details into the only option that had card details on the page (even though I clearly had the monthly option selected) and it went and took the full amount from my bank, I am absolutely FUMING as I feel like I have been DUPED and there isn't even a contact centre I can call to speak to someone ASAP. All I can do now is sit and wait for someone to answer my email in 24-48 working hours. Not to mention their "chat service" is just a pre-programmed chatbot to answer general FAQs. Healthpath, where are your customer representatives for when an order goes wrong?

Healthpath are amazing! I had been dealing with acid reflux among other digestive issues for over 6 years and was at the end of my tether. After visiting the doctor 3 times about the issue and just being given different pill after pill (which made my reflux worse) I decided I needed to find what was at the root of my problem.
I ordered the ultimate gut health test to cover all bases, my detailed results arrived in 15 working days complete with supplement recommendations and meal plan. I am only on week 3 of my plan but my symptoms have drastically improved. Any questions I have had along the way have been answered promptly by the team, I couldn’t be happier with the service. I still have a long way to go but it has definitely been money well spent.

Finally, somebody properly help me.
My IBS symptoms had been going on for many many years, but became unmanageable when I got to menopause and also hit a few life crises. The NHS did all the tests, that took ages, but came back with nothing to report… An absence of a diagnosis means that you have IBS, try the low FODMAP diet, but you are basically on your own… I had a listen to radio programs about gut health and the Microbiome and was dreadfully envious of people having their gut health tested, assuming it was only available in America. Turns out this is not the case as Healthpath are here and I can’t tell you how much they have helped. It’s a proper, personalised, tailored service, starting with a very lengthy questionnaire (which is very interesting in itself as it really helped me to recognise why I had got into the state that I had got into) and somebody is assigned to actually read it properly and deal with you. So far so good, the stool sample is tested for flora and fauna, bacteria, microbes, fungus, and the rest… And a brilliantly detailed report issued to you, quite dense with information, but readable if you concentrate properly! And very interesting.
It shows you with a chart what is out of kilter and you are given suggested supplements (probiotics, pre-biotics and the like) under Street protocol as to how to take them to get the most effect from them.
Taking these tailored supplements for a couple of months has made absolutely the world of difference to me. The idea incidentally, is not to take them forever, but to take them long enough to reset the balance in your gut. I’m not entirely sorted (turns out I’ve got a fairly major intolerance to corn/maize, which is something that is not singled out as a potential problem problem on the low FODMAP diet (indeed, if you go gluten-free, you will be eating an awful lot of it in all probability…)) BUT I would say that I have “got my life back” and can do things like eating out & operate like a “normal person” WAY more than I have in the last 25 years. I can’t tell you how much it has meant to me to have health path take me seriously and treat me as an individual. It’s cost me a few hundred… Which is money extremely well spent when you’re talking about a debilitating health condition

They have taken the whole amount (£369) out of my account , no phone number to call them, no customer service chat - just a useless bot. No response to my URGENT email - I now have bills I cannot pay and will be over drawn - NOT IMPRESSED!

I had been experiencing digestive issues for two years and had all the NHS tests and scans so decided to try Healthpath in desperation to resolve my symptoms . The test kits were easy to use and results arrived as promised along with recommendations of five supplements to purchase . The meal plans were also good , although no different to my normal diet which has always been very healthy .I had tried two of the supplements previously so bought the other three .
Nothing helped my symptoms in anyway and I booked an online consultation as I found the test results hard to understand. The practitioner was nice and suggested two other supplements and a follow up appointment. I bought the supplements which made no difference whatsoever . By this time I had spent over £800 in tests supplements and consultations and I concluded that it was time to draw the line with supplements and consultations because I felt this was more of a money making opportunity than a genuine concern to improve the clients problems. My symptoms are as bad as they ever were , none of this had helped in any way .
