Ordered the 18th Nov. Nothing not an email not a reply on Instagram or Facebook. Contacted other people who were commenting the same thing ...'wheres my order' and they've had no reply either. Website is now closed also emails are now bouncing back. She had the audacity to put a comment on Instagram she's working through orders stop calling her .....no hun ....you've taken people's money weeks before Xmas at the busy time for the industry .....you are a joke and its a good thing your closing your business because from what u can tell you couldn't organise a drink up in a brewery!!! Everybody has stuff going on I appreciate that ...but there's no excuse for ignoring this many people, and tell me you haven't spent a penny of the money you have taken from customers lol ....girl pls!!!
I've cancelled customers and lost money and potential clients, I am fuming you have affected my income and my buiness so there for 1 star ....and that's being generous....for anyone who paid via visa credit OR debit you can dispute the transaction via the bank and receive your money back then she has to prove she fulfilled the orders....which she clearly hasn't! Screenshot Instagram and Facebook comments to back up your claim before she deletes them. I do not feel one bit bad for writing this ...you took the mick you!!

Still waiting for my order from 4th November ,said it’s been sent now tells me send this week still not got it ,no chance of getting other order I suppose.won’t message back ,got more chance of getting hold of the dead ,shouldn’t take orders if cannot fulfill them !

Didn’t even recieve my order and sent email regarding order and no response

No delivery said royal mail lost my parcel so "resent" it. Have emailed since but no reply from anybody. Scam company

Disgusting service and shocking management,speck to customers like crap , had 3 orders “missing” to have replaced absolute joke

No tracking number, no delivery

As always I'm happy with my glitters can't wait to use them all and see what they'll look like.

I received my order a item was missing I spoke to someone 3 times on the chat about this and I was informed that the item would be sent out that was over 3 weeks ago i put a review on here then I was contacted on review site to email company which I did and was told once again my item would be sent out on that day still a week later I have not received my item. Really disappointed with this company first time I’ve ever used them and it will definitely be the last

Brilliant products at such a good price. Always fast dispatch and the customer service is second to none. Honestly wouldn’t shop anywhere else for my supplies

The mystery box was nothing like it was pictures on website and I ended up with autumn nail art in spring and without any glitters in the mystery box other than the two I ordered. However the glitters I did order were stunning
