Worst online purchase experience ever.
Where to start, after placing the order online, there was no follow-up on processing or delivery status, after waiting for 4 days, sent an email, no reply.
item received after one week. open the package, and straightway you can feel the product is fake.
I have ordered this product for the last 5 years from genuine places like Allbeauty.. so I am familiar with packaging of the perfume.
I have order Man- Club de nuit by Armaf. the product received is for WOMAN. the print on the pacakging is so poor you cannot ever read it. the perfume is made by a starling house!!!!! not Armaf.
I did not even open the packaging, and got in touch with the customer service via whatapp!! the operator has every skill but customer service skills. explain to him that the wrong item was received and also I feel the product is fake. asked for them to arrange collection and issue a refund. was told that according to their T&C I have to pay for the return myself, i refused that as it was their mistake to send the wrong item in the first place and that I am not happy with the quality of the packaging of the product and I felt it is fake, no answer since and close the chat, tried to reach to customer service but no other way to get in touch.
Now I have raised a dispute with credit card issuer and will raise a complaint to the trading standards authority as this company is definitely not legit and selling fake cosmetic products that can put customers health at risk.
My advice, stay away, check the reviews here on trust pilot, their review on google are all not verified so definitely fake too like their products.

Not impressed when deals are offered online then can’t be fulfilled.
I’m beginning to think this is some kind of tactic. I won’t be shopping here - ever.
If I had ordered anything else I would have returned it.

The item showed as available and would be delivered by Christmas. After purchasing I got an email stating this was not the accurate and the item was out of stock. I got a full refund but an angry wife…

Item arrived well package and much earlier than estimated

I ordered 4 mascaras for a friend and when they arrived they were all dried out no good at all.
