I contacted my bank who sent forms to fill out I also sent all emails between myself and who ever replied and my bank got my money returned from them it's still unfair for this company to continue to rip people off and false advertising

Order hausad28994, HAUSAD#hausad28994 Shipment Status Updated Tracking Number: ZD8100642504CD; They used a company called 17track which is also SCAM to send you a fake tracking number. Order placed on Feb 20, 2023. I started to track the package. The gave you detail of the trajectory and suddenly, on March 7, the tracking number is no longer valid. I have not received anything from them. contact them, nothing. STAY away!!!!

Purchased items 01/22/23 for $43.89. I have not received anything but a ring that I did not order. No tracking number or any info about shipment of order. I want a refund of my money. Never experienced anything like this before. Very disappointed.

They have completely been dishonest to people, theft, Scammers basically criminals. Don't be fooled like me, have lost some money and know I want get it back.
They are absolutely dishonest the tracking number is false! There emails are always the same.

If I could give this company a -1,000 percent I would! If it’s too good to true, it ain’t! AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COST!! When you ask them for a tracking number, name of that courier, they avoid giving any information, which should have rung alarms for me. They say it’s been delivered - TOTAL BS! They are offer you 50% refund, still waiting. To say I’m furious is an understatement! Lesson learned! BEWARE!

I stumbled on (HAUSAD) after placing 3 orders on {Discount emjewl} Dec 30, Jan10 and Jan 11 in which I never got the merchandise to this day. I ordered once from Hausad on Jan 16 and also got a ring. The ring is sent so there is a package to track but you never get anything. I lost 260 dollars in all and I am a poor person on a fixed income, the prices were so appealing. I cried because I really needed the clothes and some things were gifts to my family because I cannot afford to buy them things most times. I read that they had to clear the warehouses because of the war and so I believed it. I've written both places and they are connected because one would answer my email that I sent to the other. It is now March 2nd and nothing so Buyer Beware!!! It is now April 18th and have still received nothing. It is January 20/24 now, so for sure this is scam.

AVOID THIS SCAMMER! I ordered online on December 19, 2022. They emailed me a fake tracking number. And I never received my order. None existent real customer support. DON'T waste your money on this scammer website!

This company is a fraud I ordered 5 pairs of boots on Nov 2022 as of today I have not received anything.. I had a miss delivery went to the post office to pick it up hoping that it was my shoes.. it was not it was my slippers I ordered from Amazon and a cheap ass ring that I never ordered.. contacted them and they said you picked it up.. took pictures of what I received.. and they said it was delivered and to check with my neighbors.. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY they are a SCAMMER..

I am furious as l made an order for five item & report the same as everyone else, l have received nothing !!!
We are all victims of this scam, avoid at all costs !!!
I am equally appalled that Google would permit & provide a platform for these people to advertise there criminal ‘SCAM’ company without consequences or warning ⚠️

They are a scam. Ordered $40 worth of amazing bargains...received a fake diamond ring from Louisiana, 6 weeks later. Sold that for $40 on EB so did recover, but barely. Very unfortunate that Hausad exists!!

December 21&22of2022that they had large back orders and they were working on my two orders. I received text from different women stating thanks for my patience. These texts came in January 2022 and February 2022.

As with all other reviews here I urge you not to buy from this company. I stupidly never checked the reviews first before ordering. They do not send anything you order. They give you a useless tracking number and ask you to check with neighbours when nothing arrives after 2 months of waiting. I repeat. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I paid $60 for clothes and gloves and got ripped off. I only received a cheap fake ring in the mail. Do not do business with hausad.com

took my cash, but did not deliver the goods. after complaining and they said the goods were delivered but were probably stolen!! ha ha .. p### take!!
