Do not order from this company!!! They take money, provide false tracking documentation and have a standard email answer asking for patience and understanding. I never received goods and it’s been 4 months. They said they would refund but it’s not going to happen. I paid through PayPal ( just as bad) and they say Hausad has sent confirmations that parcel was delivered so nothing they can do. It’s should have read the reviews before placing order with a company I’d never heard of and whose prices were very low. My fault for being taken in by scams and thieves. I’ve learnt my lesson. Pay by credit card and don’t trust anything that looks too good to be true.

I am on a pension and I am crying as I read these reviews. I ordered 2 purses, pair of boots, pair of shoes. Order nbr 18634 with tracking nbr YZKWL18211615QQ; . This was ordered in Dec. I have never gotten them. These were for my Grandchildren. You should be ashamed of yourselves scaming people. God will take care of you. What you sow you shall also reap. If I can give no stars I would, please do yourself a favor and run in the other direction. These ppl will never give you your order but they will take your money and give you a tracking number to a ring 💍 that's not worth anything and when you complain about it you'll get an excuse like "I needed to verify your address you will soon get your package express mail" don't fall for it because you'll never get it. 🗣🗣These ppl are crooks I tell you........🤯 I made a police report and got an attorney!

Absolute scammers. Please do not order from there website I made a big order of the oversized hooded blankets and in return I received a handmade ring that's not even worth a £1 to how much I spent. No words to explain how I felt especially when brought for Christmas!. Only received 1 small refund to what I paid and still waiting on the rest of the funds. Taken 2 months to get £10.00 back still out of pocket by £22. Don't think I'll ever get my money back !.

Why would a sane person expect a leather jacket for under $6.00. A men's suit for Under $5.00 and not expect this to be a dishonest web site.

Fake,never received my order since December 2022

These folks are just comnon thieves or crooks. take your pick. They generate a large sales volume by offering pictures of items they don't even have at very low price and people place orders and pay. If you complain they refund you and if you forget they gobble up your money. In the meantime they are getting interest on your money and all the other paying customers. I guess you can call them gentleman crooks.

I placed an order on DICEMBER 27/ 2022. Still haven’t received anything. I ordered 2 items as of today it has not arrived

I placed an order on January 15th. Still haven’t received anything. I ordered 9 items and they are trying to say they were delivered on the 16th of this month to my mailbox. First of all all the items would never fit in my mailbox. And secondly no package has been delivered. I wrote to them and they told me to check with my neighbors, well I did and they told me nothing came. So I wrote them again and now I’m being ghosted. Please don’t order anything from them, a complete scam!!!!

Order never received since more than 2.5 months. And then got a ring in a box. 240 $ for trash. I could have used the money to buy the same products from here.
CALL YOUR BANK TO GET YOUR MONEY. I have reported them to the FBI. They said they are being tracked.

Do not Repeat do not buy from this online retailer! Complete fraud. I bought 10 items, I was told they were behind in productions. Now I am being given a false shipping confirmation that it was delivered. Supposedly delivered internationally 1 day after it was behind in production. Now they are ghosting me!

I made two separate orders from hausad.com and so did my Son , Orders all went through fine received invoice and then the tracking numbers so all seemed fine got date for the delivery was looking forward too it , Knock on the door delivery man 2 small boxes ask him if there anything else for me he says no go in open the boxes and there they are two rings not worth the money looked cheap and nasty , Emailed Hausad there free gifts since they were delivered ok while get the original orders sent out for u in the 24 hours that was 4 days ago not heard anything thing else from at all , I'll hold no hope of ever getting them now as it looks like I'll have too see if I can claim back from debit card company ask for refund if them in the Email but not holding any hope for that to happen.
THE COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU EVER WANT TO SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN.

My order #9271 to the tune of $40.56 but nothing was shipped...giving deceitful information. To cap it all, I wrote severally but end up with only credit of $8.11 out of 60% promised to be refunded by Jessica. Factious and deceitful sales personnel.

Ordered cloth 12/22/22 at the same day cancel order- because I read reviews- they said in10 days they will do refund- no refund in 2 months. And I asked my bank (credit card) to return my money back - no answer, no return…by the way - no order SCUM for $65

This is a scam. A fake ring is what I was sent.Five different people sent me emails saying it is being dealt with.All saying don’t worry, as far as I am concerned, go to the police with their website, I am . Everyone stay away !!!! Too many people are getting scammed

Having waited, emailed been to the police - made statements against Hausad - submitted to Bank for chargeback - my insurers have informed me that I must return the two rings to Hausad.
The reason being, Hausad sent SOMETHING!!
That is the loophole.....
My experience is from 20.11.22 for 2 orders - hence 2 rings, todays date is the day I am returning the rings. Ridiculous. So, this is information for those scammed and what is necessary for the banks to claim CHARGEBACK. All this for 91 euros...........Hausad have many other pop up adverts on Google, same clothes, shoes, bags etc. Same SCAM. Be very aware!!!!!
