Don't order, u won't get your goods, they sent me a cheap ring instead, upon complaining, promised to resend goods, but didn't, then refund mess around, never received the refund after months of emailing. Absolute Scam, Terrible customer service. Order number HAUSAD#10834

Has anyone been able to accurate contact info for this SCAM company?

Wish i read these reviews before I ordered anything. Lost 68.00 my credit card told me to try to contact them. I was unsuccessful the several times I tried so Im out 68 dollars. I tried to buy winter boits and dresses. All i got was a ring. Their customer service person sent an email saying they closed down the review of my complaint. Never buy anything from these scammers

I have been dealing with this so called company since January of 2023. Never received my merchandise, and was given every excuse in the book! Now my merchandise is leaving the sorting facility!! What a bunch of BS! This company is definitely a scam. Angry at myself for being so gullible & ordering $40 plus from a company that doesn’t exist!

Don't waste your money! I've placed my orders and they know it and I get so tired everyone wants your money but they don't want to give you for your money. Don't spend your money because you won't get anything for it.

Scam scam scam DO NOT EVER ORDER anything from this company. You order a coat boots any type of clothing and you end up with a piece of jewelry you didn't order. TERRIBLE.

Yes indeed I learned the hard way - HAUSAD IS A SCAM - Never got my items, never got my money back. Told repeatedly lie after lie after lie. All their info is fake, the items they advertise, their supposed reputable shipment company, their promise to fully refund your money, and I could go on. Reported this to my credit card company now. This is what happens when one is naive and doesn’t check and verify first the company before making a purchase. Something I will do from now on no matter how legit it appears to be.

This is a scam. I took a chance and placed an order. I received a tracking number that now says its delivered. Needless to say no goods arrived. They don't reply to emails. I've started a dispute with my card issuer.

Yes, it's been almost three months, I have heard a permutation of excuses, the website is clearly stealing peoples hard earned money, its definitely a scam.

Order never received. Sent a fake ring and said order delivered. Said that was a gift and order would follow. Lots of tracking info sent but no parcel. They offered a partial refund, then withdrew the offer.

The only reason this store received one star is that there isn't a minus star. Did not receive my goods, even though they claim it has been delivered. Each time I contacted them to enquire to the whereabouts my order was, a different person responded.

Bad experience; They never sent the items to me. The tracking number disappeared and they started lying saying they sent the 98 items to my small mailbox at my mail center. I ask them for a scan shot of the items. They never could provide it

I ordered $45.00 in clothing on January 10 2023 now its March 18 2023 and heard nothing. It's a shame because I have a black cat. So I ordered some clothing with the cat on it

Seriously disappointed in service!!! I ordered some clothing 2/4/2023 @$50.77 & have NOT RECEIVED anything yet from them!! Not sure if they're associated with the Temu.com site or not, but would like to know WHERE my CLOTHING Order is & WHEN I can Expect it! I understand it's coming thru Customs, but really...one would expect to he Updated as to WHERE*WHEN the order is!
Also, IF a Ring that was received the other day came from you, I DID NOT ORDER it & DON'T want it!! I'm Returning it to the Sender, Tevin James.
I went to my bank to get a new card due to my old one being Frauded. I was told by the lady I was working with that she had checked into TEMU.com & according to the BBB, they're a reputable business....it's their Shipping affiliates that are suspicious & unreliable!
Like others here, I too tried using the Tracking links: 17track.net & trackinghub.com. 1 seemed odd as it gave Spain as the Origin of my purchase, I was under the impression it was coming from China. When 1 of the tracking links said my purchase was in my Mailbox, again I found this Odd since the products I ordered should've been in a Large Box place at my door!!
Anyhow, my $50+ was reimbursed via the bank, I still haven't had any Replies to Emails sent to Huasad.com or TEMU, nor have I received my original order.
Be VERY LEARY of ordering thru these people!!

this company is fake. scammers. they steal money from this way. i ordred 50 $, i never received any thing since 3 months, i wrote them, theu answer that they are busy with big customers, and they will resend me my order, but never send any thing. dont waste your money

I ordered shoes and boots from this firm before Christmas. Never got my order so I asked for a refund. Had emails from Rice, Claire and Anne saying it's being sorted. Think I've been scammed.

DO. NOT. ATTEMPT. TO BUY. ANYTHING .FROM hausad.com EVER! I have several companies and purchased (?) over 82 items from this fraudulent pit of lies. They indeed give you false numbers and invoices for your orders. They do not respond to any type of contact or request for shipping status. 17 Tracking is crap. These people plan to simply steal your money. 82 items on one customer? If they were honest, they would have called me on the phone. Run Away- this is a rock solid scam!!!
