My wife was home alone and the delivery driver was exceptionally polite, introduced himself clearly, and asked exactly where she’d like everything placed. He then carried the salt inside, stacked it neatly in the hallway, and left no bulky boxes or mess behind.
He even provided a helpful leaflet on water softener after‑care plans — a small touch that shows real attention to customer experience.

Excellent delivery service
I've been using Harvey water softener for couple of years now. Have seen such a good change in the salt delivery and customer handling. Earlier used to struggle with their courier but now Harvey have started their own delivery. People like Stuart Chapman are a great example of exemplary customer service.
