Salt delivered on time ,but 3 of the 9 packages contained broken salt blocks which are difficult to install properly.

The staff George PARDOE came to install the water softener and he is very efficient and helpful. He came on time and did a great job with a very clear explanation after the installation. Very appreciated on his work.

Stuart has been very helpful everytime he has delivered. It is so nice to encounter a person delivering items who is happy to help put heavy items inside rather than levea somewhere outside and run, which is the usual experience. Very pleasant experience indeed.

Self installed a Harvey Arc softener. Unit works brilliantly so far, 2 weeks in. Made a massive difference with water marks and the feeling when showering is lovely.
