First time using Haru to send some old clothes off, easy to use app & happy with prices, I did have an issue with my parcel once I sent it off, but this was resolved in a quick and efficient way, will be using again to sell my old clothes, also massive shout out to Naomi who works in customer service, she's a credit to your company, very polite and resolved my issue within a few days

Sent 2 large parcels, one arrived on time, the other Evri decided to delay for a bit. Despite my worry, Haru were in constant contact with me and had it resolved. Defo will be searching out more bits to send to them.

Terrible app and terrible customer service.
They value brand new clothing worth £40-£60 as £0.06. The ‘algorithm’ they talk about using to calculate the price is obviously useless. They valued my clothes at an insulting low price, then I had to pay £10 to send the parcel. After 3 hours of uploading and sending the clothes off, they contacted me to say they were halving the original price they quoted me. When I asked for the clothes to be returned, they said I would have to pay another £10. Would not recommend using this app unless you have hundreds of clothes to get rid of immediately - this has to be the only thing it would be useful for. I had 60 items and got £18

Excellent customer service they couldn't find the item in the warehouse refunded me with a £40 discount and then found the item and allowed me to use the discount on the original item really generous and lovely to interact with, fast replies and the item is in perfect condition even better than pictured! Really happy customer

Sizing can let you down but Naomi is there to help. I would suggest if you purchase anything from Responsible get a size larger . Naomi was a great help giving me a gift card.

Placed a few orders with this company now and seem to have issues with every order. Customer Support from Naomi is great and cannot fault it, however it does not take away from how frustrating and disappointing it is dealing with the company. Maybe Responsible create issues on purpose to showcase Naomi and how good at her job she is?
