Dr. Q and his staff were amazing. I had 2 prp (platelet plasma) treatments with doc Q afterwards. Each time, he was thorough, kind and very attentive.

Now, almost 1 year later, my hair line is full across my temples and the top. I am very happy with my result.

I only regret that I am now living in the US, so I can't go and see doc Q and thank him and allow him to do a free touch up which he mentioned. Nevertheless, I am extremely happy!

Just had my second hair transplant and the overall feel this time was a much better experience. Care was taken and didn’t feel rushed. Dr k was caring and spent a lot of time answering questions and really knew what he was doing, explained the whole process. Kevin was also very good with setting everything up and always got back to me promptly. I look forward to see my results.

I went upstairs at 10am and was down before 4pm!
Everybody I encountered along the way was incredibly friendly and keen to put me at ease.
In the run-up Kevin was very helpful and patient in answering my questions (I took a couple of months to think about the decision) - there were some scheduling issues but Kevin always made himself available to talk, which was reassuring.
On the day, Dr. Kalra took the time to talk through the procedure and discuss the hairline-shape I was after. It really put me at ease and I felt ready for the day.
The procedure isn’t for the faint hearted but Dr. Kalra’s team would always check in to make sure I was comfortable. The anaesthetic lasted the best part of the day and the worst part is over pretty quickly.
The team have performed the procedure a lot and you could tell. It was performed with confidence, which made me feel safe.
The instructions/equipment I was given for aftercare were straightforward and my healing process went well.
I’m now 2 months in and can already start to see some of the new hairs growing through.

After years of suffering with hair loss I decided to do some research into having a hair transplant, I searched the internet high and low to find the right Dr and that’s when I came across these guys and wow am so glad that they are the company I chose. From Kevin who takes good care of you before and after the transplant to Dr Kalra who did my transplant and his whole team that he has trained to be as incredible as him! They are all outstanding at their jobs. I’ve felt well informed from the beginning, no question is too big or small for Kevin to answer. I am looking forward to the end result but for now I still have lots of healing to do including 3 PRP treatments and my 2nd stage transplant, I know I am in the very best of hands and can’t thank you enough for your professionalism, you should all be so proud of what you do and how you change peoples lives for the better. I had consulted them online. A chap called Kevin told me to send my photographs on whatsapp. Sent the photos on 14/09/2022 & didn't hear back until 23rd. On sending a reminder got told "hi, you don't qualify for hair transplant as you have a lot of hair".

In reply to your response on the number of stars, it's not for the outcome, but the delay in response which too came after my reminder.

I've changed the stars to 3. There's actually another reason for the 1 star earlier. The response was just not late besides coming after my reminder, but the person responding didn't even have the courtesy to apologize for it, despite seeing the time of the previous communication (10 days before) clearly on WhatsApp & text message. Despite all that the response was just "hello, you are not suitable for hair transplant as you have a lot of hair" without a hint of apology. These are days when people apologize even when someone's inconvenience isn't their own fault.

After finally deciding to take the plunge and have a hair transplant, I began looking at options internationally but was worried about travelling alone, language barrier and the lack of culpability foreign organisations can have. Therefore, I started to look at the options here in the UK and found glowing reviews for Dr Kalra and Kevin. These reviews were all justified as from initial contact I could tell Kevin only wanted the best service and solution for me. This exemplary service continued with the operation day where Dr Kalra sat down to ensure the outcome would not only be what I want but what would fit my physical characteristics. Only 6 weeks in and the progress is extremely exciting and I can't wait for the final results. I've already been recommending their services to friends and acquaintances also looking for a hair transplant.

The whole experience was very straight forward and professional and the staff were very friendly. I felt I was in safe hands with Dr Kalra and the others who did the surgery and the aftercare process was explained very clearly to me afterwards.

Kevin was very friendly and approachable, and made sure that all my questions were answered and I was satisfied that I understood the procedure before agreeing to it. On the day of the surgery, Dr Kalra greeted me personally and ensured that I was fully comfortable with all the details of the procedure. The surgery itself went very smoothly and efficiently, and the aftercare instructions were detailed and thoroughly explained.

I cannot recommend kevin and dr karla enough. My initial consultation was with kevin, he was very freindly, he listened to and understood what i was looking for and overall dealt with me in a very professional yet freindly manner. Up until the day of my transplant he was always available to answer any questions. On the day of my hair transplant dr karla was extremly patient with me when doing my hair transplant design, he really got involved in making sure i was happy with the design and helping me acheive what i wanted. During the procedure dr karla and staff would constantly ask if i am okay or if i needed a break. I felt so relaxed, dr karla and staff came across very caring, down to earth and freindly. I cant even think of anything negative to say even if i try. overall it was a very postive experience. Highly recommend!

Initially I was really anxious about finding the right clinic in the UK at an affordable price, where I was confident in knowing they would actually do a really good job and that’s what I got with Kevin, Dr Kalra and his team of technicians at Harley Street Hair Transplant Clinics.

Kevin was great at explaining how the whole process would work from when I first enquired through to the finished procedure. I visited the Edinburgh clinic as it was closest to me being from Newcastle. Dr Kalra and his team were excellent, we spent a while chatting about how the procedure would go, deciding on the hairline I was after and before I knew it, it was over within 5 hours. You’re fed and watered during and after the procedure as well.

Dr Kalra gives you his personal number after the procedure and is always on hand with any questions or concerns you might have. Before you leave, you are given a bag full of everything you will need to successfully come through the initial aftercare period. I’m now 10 days post procedure and all the swelling and scabs have gone, I’m fully healed and can now see all the transplanted hairs and can start to imagine how it will look with 6-12 months growth. I’m really happy with how it looks at this stage.

If you were like me and nervous about whether to actually go through with this type of procedure and whether you would end up choosing the right clinic or not, you really don’t need to be with this team.

Had my hair transplant with HSHCs just over a week ago, from my initial consultation to the day of surgery with Dr Kalra the team at the clinic have been excellent with me. I have been following the aftercare plan which Dr Kalra provided and explained to me after surgery and I am already seeing amazing, natural looking results! 100% recommend

I went into the clinic very nervous but it turned out to be a very calm experience, all staff were very accommodating and lovely to speak to. Everyone was also very reassuring and I couldn’t ask to be in better hands on the day.
