5 months after my transplant and I can’t believe the results. I can’t recommend this company enough. So happy with the results. From start to finish the after care is excellent. Yannis and Sara and James are always there if you have any questions. I wouldn’t hesitate with recommending to anyone who is looking to have a hair transplant. And would definitely use again if I needed to have any additional work done.

Great surgeon, quick responses. Even drafted a Locum in to cover the original surgeon being on holiday. Very impressed with the set up and the results are very good so far.

The process was simple and any questions I had were full answered. I felt warmly welcomed on the day of surgery and everyone was very pleasant to interact with, which was a plus as it was a long day. All pre and post surgery aftercare was fully outlined and I can't really say a bad word about any of it. I'd recommend HSHT to anyone looking into this procedure and have passed their details on to some friends and colleagues who are also considering it. Genuinely no issues to note!

Procedure felt unstructured and rushed.
Whilst the procedure seems to have gone ok, the staff were not particularly communicative and the facilities were not as expected for a Harley street clinic.

I received a hair transplant in July 2020 through Kevin at Hair Transplant Liverpool of Harley Street. I had the procedure in the Hair Growth Centre in Romford overlooked by Dr Vishal Nayak.

I paid £2600, £500 was the deposit to secure my appointment and the further £2100 was paid on the day to the clinic. on the contract I was assured that 3000 grafts on my hair line and crown would give me full coverage and if needed, i would receive a second hair transplant free of charge.

In the first 12 months of the procedure i did have some results. However, my hair was still very thin and was quite disappointing. i also never received any aftercare.
In November 2022 i contacted Kevin to book in for my second procedure. Kevin booked me in for the 14th January 2023 and assured me this would still be free of charge. After this, i did not have any further contact or correspondence till 11th January 2023 (3 days before the procedure) Kevin sent me an sms stating he had left the company and they could no longer perform the surgery. He also told me to contact Yannis for further information.

I called Yannis who, after a long conversation telling me that they had been having legal issues with Kevin, stating that he had committed fraud and that now the company will not be able to honor the contract.

After Yannis questioned the legitimacy of my complaint, I sent all of the original correspondence and screenshots of the contract. Yannis told me to contact Kevin’s company to see if they can help. I informed Yannis that i wanted the free procedure with Hair Transplant Liverpool ad that is who i had the contract with. However, i was told no, but i could have some discount if use them again.

I know 6 people that have had hair transplants with other UK companies, all have been really happy with the results and aftercare.

Dr Z and team were great! Before, during and after the procedure I felt really looked after by the dr and team. I have just passed the shedding phase and I am seeing really good growth results. I have also had my 3 month post op consultation with Sara and super happy with that too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Harley st Ht clinics to anyone that is looking for a hair transplant with a uk based clinic/company.

I had my hair transplant in April and can honestly say the experience was the most pleasant. Everyone was professional and went to their utmost to make me feel comfortable and relaxed especially when they could tell how nervous I was. The skill of my surgeon and accompanying medical was without question the best. I healed quickly and near pain free due to their recommendation and knowledge. I would recommend harley Street to anyone considering a hair transplant and also to just arrange a call even if you're unsure as they will answer all your questions clearly and highly informative.

Supper happy with my results! I’m 5 months post procedure and I can already see the transplanted hair on my hairline coming through nicely as well as a bit on my crown (with a mirror lol). I want to thank dr Zeeshan and the team on the day for doing a great job. The date listed was the first and last time I ever had a chance to have treatment at this clinic, and the only reason why this didn't get 1 star.

I never thought I'd not be part of the majority that have listed this a positive, but unfortunately I had a terrible experience.

I paid £995 for a treatment plan of PRP sessions. The first visit on the 11th was good, no issues and they were even patient as I was running late.

However, booking for my first session was a nightmare, which is meant to happen a month after your first. I had back-to-back cancellations, which I was told of at very short-notice which is itself suspect. I think on one occasion they called me back to reschedule, but other times I had to do it from my own accord, even after they promised they'd call back to do so.

I therefore had enough and requested a refund for the two PRP sessions that I had remaining - I not only lost faith in them, but it also reduced the effectiveness of the treatment because I was waiting so long between the sessions. For the record, it was puzzling that I had no guidance before and after a PRP session in terms of what to avoid (e.g. caffeine or exercise) - you'd think that they'd inform their patience so as to improve the outcomes, which only results in better feedback for the clinic?

Targets:

1. Communication - it's important to keep on top of enquiries, if you are motivated to put something right for your clients then you need to be proactive in your approach, keeping them updated each time. Three cancellations one after another was unacceptable; I asked what the reasons were and didn't get an adequate response.
2. Structure - similar to the first point, if a client pays for a treatment plan, they should expect the sessions to come at a consistent time interval. PRP is effective between 4-6 weeks, but it becomes useless if the second session happens 2 months later, and the third happens a week later, etc.
3. Guidance - a lot of websites give things to avoid/do before and after a PRP session. I would recommend more of this so that your clients maximise their potential.

I don't usually do these reviews, but I feel it has to be done. Like I said, others may have had a great experience but I wish I could say the same.

Wanted to say a MASSIVE thank you to Dr T and the team at harley street hair transplant clinics. I was quite nervous to start but dr T put me right at ease with her calm manner. The procedure went really well. The injections definitely hurt a bit, but once that was done, the rest was actually much better than I expected. The clinic staff were super friendly and the clinic was very clean. I liked the coffee machine that was there as I had a hot chocolate on my lunch break. All in all the procedure lasted around 6-7 hours I would say (I was expecting more like 8+) so I was happy with that. The aftercare instructions and communication with Sara and the team has been really great as well! Looking forward to my results :D Thank you again!

Thank you to dr Zeeshan and the team for the great experience. From the start speaking with James and then having my consultation with Sara, the whole journey has been really smooth and reassuring. On the day of surgery I was well looked after by the team. I would have preferred listening to a different radio station than radio 2 but it’s no big deal. I felt some pain when the anaesthetic injections were done but the rest of it was painless. I had my hair transplant 5 months ago and i am more than satisfied with the results. Dr karla and the team were excellent, the procedure was virtually painless and Dr karla was very helpful with the aftercare. I would definitely recommend using this company.

Like many of you I was very self conscious about my impending hair loss. My hair had significantly deteriorated in my early 20s therefore I toke the leap to get a hair transplant.

Initially Kevin was very helpful in guiding me through the procedure and everything that It would entail.

After deliberation and sending over pictures of my hair. Kevin assured me that I would have full coverage and that I was in “safe hands”. I wanted to make explicitly clear that I would get full coverage as £4000 pound as a carer on minimum wage was a vast sum of money.

I decided to move forward with the procedure and on my invoice contract it states I would receive 2000 grafts on my crown area and 1500 grafts on my hairline.

It took several months to get my first procedure booked in which I was fine about. The date did alter and change several times. It was a week before my hair transplant and after chasing Kevin several times with no reply on confirmation of time or location I thought I had been scammed.

August 2021 I arrived for my first procedure. Dr klara was very polite and courteous he guided me through what the procedure would entail. I entered expecting 2000 grafts on my crown as this was what was discussed and the area I was most self conscious about.
However Dr klara stated against this and I would get grafts on my hairline although I was dissatisfied I was just desperate to get any work done so I agreed.

The procedure toke approximately 5-6 hours. Dr klara oversaw the procedure and was involved when slitting the graft areas onto my head. Dr klara’s technicians removed the grafts and two young students placed the grafts into my head.( not that I had a problem with this but it will be relevant later on in the review)

The procedure was completed , Dr klara gave my a helpful after care pack was informative and helpful on what after care would involve.

I was told that I would have my next procedure around Christmas time as for to allow my doner area to recover. This Christmas date was consistently pushed back for months ranging of excuses and after chasing Kevin a multitude of times on a confirmation date a range of excuses were thrown my way even the stormy weather we had was used as a reason my procedure was pushed back.

I carried on chasing Kevin as I wanted my recovery time to be limited so my new grafts would all grow in around the same time.

I finally got my second procedure booked in for April 2022 Almost a year after my first procedure after being told
It would be around 4/5 months after my august date.

I had noticed growth on my hairline and the grafts were starting to grow which I was pleased about.

Once again I was expecting 2000 grafts on my crown area .Dr klara said I was having 1000 done and I showed him the contract invoice that stated 2000 grafts on crown. I became annoyed at this as I felt like I was being short changed but I put my disappointment to the side and wanted to crack on to get results.

During the allocation grafts I was told I had to pick an area to target as I would not get full coverage. The Grafts were concentrated on the left side of my head stemming from the crown. The technician placing the Grafts asked about who had previously done my hair line I stated it was two young girls. She remarked oh yes the young girls and began correcting areas on my hairline highlighting that it has not been done to a high standard.

Fast forward to February 2023 my hairline has grown in but you can see absent areas on my hairline where the sun would expose the empty areas. My grafts on the left side of my head have not grown in much at all not to a noticeable standard despite my hairline being noticeable after 10 months recovery.

I did not receive any follow up procedures for either of my transplants despite 3,6,9 month follow ups being outlined on the contract. I paid for 3500 grafts which 2000 I have received. And none on my crown which was the driving force for me to get a hair transplant in the first place.

I posted a review very similar to this on October 2022. Kevin and dr klara began to ring and message me after I had posted the review I was offered two prp sessions if I toke the review down. (Not the best of signs for a company)

I stated I did not want this as this was not the procedure I paid for , I paid for 3500 grafts of which 2000 I have received with no follow up care which is all outlined on the contract i signed.
