Great customer service
The samples arrived really quickly. I was then phoned to check I had them & was asked what I thought. When I mentioned wanting a different shade between 2 samples I’d seen, 2 more were recommended & arrived the next morning. Really great service.

If you need some good quality flooring and advice, I highly recommend working with ROB. From the start he was very helpful in helping us choose the right material and arranging the delivery. Infact when we had some left over which we needed to return, he went above and beyond to make sure the returns are processed smoothly and credit expedited. During renovations it can be a stressful time and Rob just helped us to keep it minimum! I would highly recommend working with him for his service and quality of goods from this store.

The delivery of timber flooring…
The timber flooring pallet couldn't be taken from the truck, because the flooring was too long for the platform so couldn't be lowered to the ground, and it became the problem of me, the customer, costing me 48£ to resolve. *In response to comment below about being rude and unaccomodating, I noted I was pregnant and couldn't lift flooring off the truck and the driver, who was also female, understood and I understood the issue was not with the delivery company but was related to the size of the flooring planks and the truck not being suitable for delivery of such items. The need for labour as mentioned in the response, is to move from the 'kerbside' (which they couldn't achieve) to the house, which I had arranged for later in the day. The 'upgrade' to Saturday (next day) was at the cost to me the customer of 48£. I rarely leave comments about companies, and have renovated 2 flats without any other delivery issues, and have had many other kerbside deliveries. This company pretends to redefine the meaning of kerbside delivery when they have an issue, passing responsibility to customer. I would avoid this company if you can.*

As outlined in our Delivery Service documentation, we advise that sufficient labour is on site to help with taking of the goods as some packages can be long and heavy.
Unfortunately, the driver of the third-party delivery company has advised that they were reluctant to assist more as you were rude and unaccommodating.
As a gesture of goodwill, we upgraded your delivery service to a Saturday slot, at a cost to the company.
Great floor and excellent customer service
This company was a pleasure to deal with beginning to end. The floor is beautiful, and came at a reasonable price. Delivery was easy and arranged at our convenience, and when we were left with a few packs excess at the end we returned and were given an immediate refund. Would highly recommend.
