Ordered tiles arrived very quickly and are good quality. Staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the buying process. An issue with receiving a few broken tiles was sorted immediately.

Pre sale was great
Pre sale was great. Delivery almost perfect. I discovered unfortunately a few small issues, one in the delivery, the other one in the quality of the product (lack of final control probably). Nothing I could not manage eventually, but this is from this point the communication failed to continue and I have been, mostly, left on my own.
I'll deal with the problem, and I'll be able to workaround the pieces that are not good (in undamaged package), so oeverall happy, but not impressed by the support.
I have waited (a month) before putting my comment... so to give time for this to be sorted.

We're glad to hear you had a pleasant ordering process with us but disappointed you're not happy with the delivery and some of the boards.
As already discussed with Rob, we're more than happy to replace any damaged board if you require these to finish your project.
As this is various grade, it is classed as our most rustic boards, meaning there will be many knots throughout the boards.
To strengthen the wood, black filler is added to where knots appear, the reason black is used is because any other colour would discolour over time.
We have tried to display this as best as we can in the images online.
Again, if you'd like some of the knottier boards replacing, we are happy to do so.

Don't bother
Ordered a sample on 18th October, received a dispatch notification on 19th October complete with Royal Mail tracking number. Sample never showed up, tracking number says "try again tomorrow" so emailed on 25th October to ask for a new sample as I would be needing all their remaining stock for my project - no reply. Tried live chat today 27th October, and finally got a "sorry we don't have a sample" and told to try the manufacturer (name of whom is not actually stated on their website). When I asked whether they actually have any stock of the product (they indicate 17 packs available on their website) and why I was sent an order confirmation, dispatch email & tracking number they disconnected the chat and switched it to "out of office". I guess I won't bother trying to actually purchase flooring from here!

We can organise a sample for you if you still wish to see this product however, as stated on our website, we do only have 17m in stock which would not be sufficient for your project if you require 40m.
If you need any help with other samples, let us know, we'd be happy to assist.
