My experience was this because I recived the sample damaged and I didn’t like what came out however I wanted to get a second copy of all damaged samples

I try to resolve issues with the company directly before leaving feedback, but they’ve ignored my attempts at correspondence. So anyone reading this please note if the issue is resolved in the comments.

My main complaint is that I’ve received several emails from this company for an updated invoice since payment for an additional 5 PENCE! I’ve purchased their flooring via their portal end-to-end , so it would be professional practise that any discrepancies on price adjustment should come from the vendor. I can’t think of any scenarios where a customer would have to go back on the sale price. Clearly this isn’t about the money, but the farce. My real contention is that the invoice looked highly suspicious and I first thought it was a scam, I received no reply when making contact for clarification. This is still unresolved.

I also had some frustration with the delivery. The flooring is delivered in square boxed crates which won’t fit through most doors. I don’t recall seeing any information about this other than dimension info on the flooring packs themselves. It was quite an inconvenience having to make arrangements for this.

I haven’t used the product yet so I can’t vouch for its quality. Though initial service and speed of delivery was fine.

Delivery on chosen day, unfortunately some of the wood was damaged during transit. I called and spoke with a lovely person who arranged for replacement to be delivered the following day. Product of a high quality, sold from people you can trust.

Good quality boards looking great put down. Arrived with 1 box slightly damaged but 2 extra boards sent out next day.

I ordered a sample of glue-down LVT on the website. I received an email confirmation almost immediately with a follow-up phone call the following day. The sample arrived a day later , well packaged, with a letter containing contact details.

Really good communication, always helpful and met the installation dates I asked for twice, including ordering and receiving in Scotland 18hours later.

A superior quality product was supplied and have had endless comments on the new floor “it’s like walking into a new house, it accentuates every feature”
The carpenter fitting it seemed really pleased and commented on the job satisfaction you get when you have a quality product to work with.

Will be back for more of the same for the extension.

Nowhere did it say when I ordered it would have to be delivered on a certain date. (It was in there sale although as an Internet business they have a sale every other day) This should be communicated more clearly.

I am a chippy and have used this site a few times but the way I was dealt with by customer service would make me think twice next time. Actually probably will find another supplier who can be more flexible to the trade

Honestly couldn’t recommend more! Rob was so helpful at giving advice on the best floor for us and kept us posted throughout. Delivery was on time and all as expected! Rob also helped with advising on the size of the order too. We are sooo happy with the finished result and all our friends are now wanting the same floor as us! Thank you !!
