Great experience from start to finish. Good communication. All work completed in a timely manner with great results. All of the team from initial contact, survey, through to fitting were professional and good at their job. Would definitely recommend.
Great windows, value for money!! Plus no pressure selling whatsoever! What a breath of fresh air!

From start to finish this is one superb Company offering everything you could want for a 5 star experience. Chloe, in the office, is brilliant, she took us through the whole ordering procedure and kept us informed all through. Mark came out into the wilds of Wales and measured up, the quote was sent by Email so there was no pressure from a salesman. The fitting team didn't arrive on time, they were 2 hours early !!!, we had the whole house done, 13 windows, a front door and French doors at the rear of the house. Despite our house being over a hundred years old, with no such thing as a right angle or square face, the brilliant team had everything finished within two and a half days. The inside decorations were left in a better state than before they started, no mess anywhere and the new windows and doors look stunning finished in Chartwell Green. And what a brilliant team they are,Dean, Matthew, Chad, Kyle - thank you for taking the time and trouble to do such a thoroughly professional transformation of our house. If you are reading this and thinking of new windows/doors, and you want a great job at a really good price, then stop thinking and contact Happier Windows, you will not regret it!!

After a few reps visiting the house and having not such a nice experience we found Happier Windows, from start to finish the high quality service was amazing, Chloe in the office was so helpful every time you rang, the surveyor was also very pleasant and no pressure to take their quote. The fitters all four of them were very efficient, clean, and their work is amazing even when there was a slight problem with the cat flap Dean drove 300 miles to rectify the problem, everyone in the team from the office to the fitting went out of their way to provide a outstanding job. I love my windows so much i look at them daily.

The workmen were excellent very professional in every aspect of the job from start to finish , even dealing with Chloe by telephone or e mail was a pleasure polite and answered any questions that needed asking . The workmen were very helpful.

One of the Windows had not been made properly by the manufacturer. The fitters put the faulty Window in, made sure it was safe and looked halfway decent and then came out again (FOC of course) and replaced the Window very quickly.

I can’t recommend this company enough - the whole process from initial contact to getting the keys to my new front door has been faultless. Communication is excellent, I had loads of annoying questions that were answered immediately and helpfully and the fitting team were amazing. I’ve been really impressed with the quality of the product and the finish for a very competitive price. Replacing all your windows (and front door) is always a big undertaking - you should let Happier Windows do it.

Happier Windows- I ordered 10 Windows, A Composite Door, and a French Door. Job completed on the 31/01/2018

We ordered the windows on line, after doing a fair bit of research and getting several quotes from the main Double Glazing Firms. I can save you all an awful lot of time. The major companies will preach how good they are, and in some cases run down their competition to some extent.

The bottom line is your can’t fit your own windows without doing a building notice, this will mean a local authority inspection. Happier windows are a FENSA company and their products have been independently checked by the British Board of Agrement (These people test the windows/doors etc). I can tell you Happier Windows stack up to the competition. in fact the PVC-U frames will last at least 35 years.

No annoying sales people turned up, and the survey was as it says on their site, there wasn’t much of a change in cost as we had added a few bits here and there.

They commenced the work a week earlier than stated, and arrived early after calling ahead to give an hours notice of arrival. They did this on the 3 days they were with us. The guys are employed by Happier Windows, salaried, and are not paid to fit windows at speed. Each day they tidied up, hoovering and cleaning up.

Throughout the fit I was constantly updated by the foreman on the van (There is a team leader with the team who can answer questions, troubleshoot issues etc). This same guy thoroughly checks the windows for quality and operation. Nothing is too much trouble.

All the insurance backed guarantees are in place with warranties as promised. The customer service is excellent. We have noticed the house is warmer, there is less condensation, there is less noise and no drafts.

I would advise you to give the other so called big companies a wide birth and opt for something backed up by Euramax who manufacture windows. I am confident if I have any issues, they will be rectified. Euramax supply windows to Wickes and Screwfix (There are plenty of reviews on their sites for frames and windows for the self fit market).

From start to finish I have nothing but praise for the Happier Windows team.

I bought a conservatory and I've never felt so happy with both the finish and customer service. It was to replace an old conservatory and the difference in the warmth and feel just transforms the house.

Nothing was too big or too small for the fitting team, whom to my surprise left the property spotless (usually tradesmen leave all their mess).
Dean and his team were punctual, polite and just brilliant in every aspect they do.

I will definitely be a returning customer and have told all my friends about Happier Windows :-)

Love this company! No salesmen; get an immediate quotation online by simply entering your measurements (no need to be 100% accurate); surveyor came out quickly to double-check but no pressure selling at that time; you simply decide whether or not to proceed. Lots of good email communication. Prices are reasonable and service was excellent - windows were fitted within a couple of weeks. High standard of workmanship, respect for your home environment. All round brilliant customer service.
