From start to finish the Happier Windows team were first rate, helpful and happy :)

Simply brilliant!!!! Their prices are the cheapest around. But that doesn’t mean your not getting the best tradesmen, because you are. The guys are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Chloe who deals with the ordering was super helpful as we needed cladding done too. Our windows look absolutely fantastic. We are so pleased. The guys are such fun and it makes a difference when the workmen are happy. The quality is brilliant and they are very tidy workers. Our house was hoovered each day and they took all their rubbish. I would recommend them every time

Excellent price . Very fast and efficient . Great quality . Everything went without a hitch , to first getting the quote to getting the windows and doors installed . Can't speak highly enough of this company .

We posted a 1 star review about Euramax Solutions Ltd. An employee from Euramax Solutions Ltd., "Happier Windows" department emailed me and threatened to report 1-star reviews to Trustpilot and get this review taken down.

Her reasoning was that her "Happier Windows" owning company: "Euramax Solutions Ltd"., have several departments and our complaint should be with "Euramax Direct".

PLEASE BE WARNED: This is all the same company. "Happier Windows" and "Euramax Direct" are THE SAME ORGANISATION. They are both "trading as" entities of "Euramax Solutions Ltd".

It would appear "Happier Windows" ask Trustpilot to take down any adverse rating with this technique. Natural inertia and the fact most customers have lives outside of Trustpilot mean that very few folk will contest the Trustpilot takedown. That results in YOU the potential future customer of Euramax Solutions Ltd., being seriously misled.

From our experience, Euramax Solutions Ltd., have behaved in a disturbing manner. If they employ someone to boost their Trustpilot reviews by having one division hide behind another as a way of dodging adverse reviews and legitimising Trustpilot takedown system, can you really trust Happier Windows or Euramax Direct or Euramax Windows Ltd?

The company is easy to contact, the phone is answered within a few rings. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The prices are reasonable. Installation carried out on time and to a high standard.

Well what can I say, fantastic service even after a year this company bent over backwards to help me, I cannot believe company's like this still exist , I had a problem with my door lock and within 4 hrs a fitter (dean) drove for over 3 hours in the souring heat to fix my door , I still cant believe after just one call to the customer service team they just sorted it , this is why I went with a company that use their own fitters and a great reputation , so once again thank you so much for the great service from a great company , regards Mr e obrien, Luton

Happier Windows were fantastic from start to finish. The quote I did online was easy and accurate. The measurements done in the survey were thorough. The installation team arrive on time and were friendly and professional. They replaces all my doors and windows plus put a new door in my garage without any issue.
The new doors and windows are very high quality and makes my house look fantastic. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Chloe in office kept us informed at every step. Mark the surveyor did a brilliant job and got measurements spot on. The installation team turned up on time and took the quoted three days to install 16 windows and two doors in an old stone house with lots of fiddly details. Their attention to the finishing details was superb. They were a pleasure to have in the house and left house spotless at end of each day.

I have been in construction industry 30 years and cant remember being so impressed with an installation company. Cant recommend highly enough.

Chose Happier Windows as the (very competitive) quote was instant, plenty of design choice and most of all no pushy salesman with gimmicky pricing. Excellent reviews. The surveyor was knowledgeable and helpful and made useful suggestions. Explained the process and no pressure at all. Quote was almost the same as on-line. The 4 fitters turned up early and started right away. They didn't stop all day! Excellent team work and kept me informed what they were doing. Cleaned up thoroughly at the end. Excellent quality of fitting down to the finest detail and really nice windows and door. Real friendly and professional team. We recently ordered three bedroom windows and new patio doors from Happier Windows and I have to say that the whole process from start to finish was excellent.
We initially choose the Company because it was so easy to order. No salesman and we could see the prices as we were deciding on which windows we wanted. When Mark, the Surveyor called we were again impressed by the professionalism. He thoroughly measured the windows and informed us that the only difference in our initial enquiry was the addition of a lintel that was missing.
The fitting team (2 really friendly lads) turned up bang on 9am on a very hot day and set about their task. They never stopped!! Letting us know at every stage how things were progressing. When they left they had cleaned and cleared every single area. The quality of the fitting was second to none. These guys were total professionals. Every little detail was meticulous.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Happier Windows. A brilliant way of buying windows honestly and without pressure. I will definitely use them again.
