Following our visit to Hansons, we were very impressed with the kitchen showroom.
The choice of kitchens is very good indeed, having had time look around Chris the kitchen designer came over to answer our questions.
He was extremely helpful, having listened to our ideas he then added some very good suggestions.
My husband had took the time to draw out our existing kitchen, which Chris used to provide an initial idea and plan for us. Although he said he would need to visit site to confirm our measurements.
Chris said he would e mail us a 3D design which we received the following day.
We will certainly be returning after our holiday, and some thinking on his suggestions.

The kitchen in our flat was completely redesigned by Chris Urry at Hanson Electrical and Kitchens. From the start, we were very pleased with all the suggestions about materials, we found Chris and his team easy to work with and very quick to respond to any questions we had. The lengthy job of fitting everything was carried out expertly by Antony Renfree and his colleagues, and at the end of the process we are delighted with the result.

I ordered a replacement fridge for a lady I support. We spoke to John in the showroom and ordered an under the counter fridge over the phone. It was delivered and fitted 24 hours later. The packaging was removed along with the old fridge. Excellent customer service as always.

Excellent delivery service, the men couldn't have been more helpful.

I made a purchase online with a delivery window or 1-3 days. The check out stage gave me the option of next day for the same price. Received a call to confirm I was happy with what I had purchased and confirmed the deliver for the next day. Delivered as planned by very polite delivery team. Service second to none, bigger stores need to learn from Hansons.

Just wanted to say that the customer service at Hanson is fantastic. Tommy Masson is the man to see.
He made every effort to help when our vacuum cleaner broke.
Making a return and replacement very simple. Something I would not have been able to do myself.

Easy ordering, quick delivery and excellent price. Helpful, friendly delivery man - unpacked the fridge, got me to check over the fridge. Couldn't fault anything about the whole process 👌

Ordered a Gas cooker on Saturday and it was delivered on Tuesday, very fast. The delivery men were very helpful and extremely pleasant, I have had goods from Hansons in the past and have never had cause for complaint. Thankyou so much, would definately recommend

We looked at a few suppliers for our new kitchen and my neighbour recommended Hansons. Chris has made the whole process an absolute joy and our fitting is booked in for later in the summer. He worked with us to give us our dream kitchen design and went out of his way to tweak the design to our exact specifications.
I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a kitchen refresh or new installation.

Having looked at several well known kitchen centre’s plans and kitchen ranges, a friend recommended Hanson’s Kitchens on Willerby Road, Hull. I had an excellent experience with Steve helping me to plan and choose the perfect kitchen, following his visit to measure up my kitchen. His team, led by the wonderful Ant, did a marvellous job of fitting the kitchen in 5 days. This included removing the pantry, making a new partition wall and ceiling, plastering etc. The standard of work was superb, as was the Nobilia German kitchen that they fitted. I feel it was all well priced.

Great communication, fast delivery

Delivered nice and early. Friendly staff.

Ordered a Hoover washing machine. Excellent website detailing the various machines. Clear which were in stock and which ones weren't.
Easy to order and excellent delivery and taking away old machine. Much better service than a recent experience with a national white goods store .

Good smooth transaction and delivery

After paying for a expensive washer and fitting all went well and pleased with that part of the service. We also payed for the old one to be collected and deposed of. They said it would be a couple of days and we said that would be fine. After eight days and 3 phone calls and promised twice it would be collected the following morning they have finally turned up and collected. Very Poor.

From ordering to delivery everything was very professional and efficient

After a kitchen catastrophe I was ready to visit Currys when my Wife reminded me of bad experiences with them and suggested we went to Hanson Electrical in Holderness Road. On cost, customer service, reliability and all round helpfulness I couldn't recommend them highly enough. When they say something will be with you on a date and time, from ordering two different kitchen items, not only did they deliver but they called on the phone to keep us up to speed. Superb and I would use them every time in future.

Kept me well informed and took care of my kitchen.
